The Goley Companies (TGC) is seeking a part-time Marketing &amp; Content Intern to support the Marketing Team, with a focus on editing and developing video content tied to real-world projects. This internship offers hands-on experience within a growing, multi-brand organization delivering Building Performance Solutions across residential and commercial construction. Work will be based around ongoing projects, jobsite activity, and supporting initiatives in TGC&rsquo;s marketing campaigns, internal communications, and brand engagement. The role is centered on editing and developing video content tied to real-world projects, along with creating supporting visual assets. Depending on priorities and the Intern&rsquo;s interests, there may be opportunities to support additional marketing efforts including photography, social media, and content development. Skills &amp; Qualifications Required Junior or senior currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a bachelor&rsquo;s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field Experience with video editing and content production (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, Final Cut, or similar) Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Time and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-focused mindset Preferred (but not required) Experience with social media platforms or content planning Basic photography, video production, or storyboarding Interest in digital marketing, storytelling, or brand development Primary Responsibilities Video &amp; Content Development (Primary Focus) Edit short-form and long-form video content for internal and external audiences Develop video content that supports recruiting, brand storytelling, and marketing Organize and manage video and media assets Prepare and format content for distribution across digital platforms Graphic Design Support Design visual content for social media, internal training, and marketing materials Create branded graphics, digital assets, and marketing collateral Additional Marketing Exposure (Based on priorities and Intern interest) Support social media content development across company brands Assist with photography or video shoots capturing projects and company activity Contribute to content planning and marketing initiatives Provide general support across marketing and communications projects What You&rsquo;ll Gain Hands-on experience creating content used across multiple brands and markets Development of practical skills through real project work used across the business Exposure to how marketing supports projects, recruiting efforts, and business operations Experience working with a small, collaborative marketing team The ability to build a portfolio with real-world, business-facing work Compensation &amp; Benefits Eligible for college credit Paid internship &ndash; $20/hour Flexible schedule to accommodate class schedules (typically 15&ndash;20 hours per week, with potential for more depending on availability) Opportunity for future employment within The Goley Companies About The Goley Companies Founded in 1973, The Goley Companies is a third-generation family business delivering Building Performance Solutions including insulation, firestopping, and energy testing for residential and commercial construction markets.
