Full job descriptionJob Title: HVAC Controls Technician BMS &ndash; QatarDuration: Long termJob Location :- DohaWorking days &amp; hours :- 10 hours per day, 6 days a weekWe are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Controls / Instrument Technician for a leading multinational Oil &amp; Gas company in Qatar.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC control systems, BMS/DDC, and electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting, with the ability to handle complex maintenance and repair tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform daily HVAC operation, preventive &amp; corrective maintenance activities</li><li>Troubleshoot HVAC control and instrumentation systems including BMS, sensors, transmitters, and pressure control devices</li><li>Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues in HVAC systems</li><li>Perform control panel troubleshooting and live system diagnostics</li><li>Carry out commissioning of HVAC units and system adjustments</li><li>Troubleshoot compressors and fan motors (reciprocating, screw, rotary)</li><li>Read and interpret HVAC electrical/control drawings</li><li>Ensure compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) and safety procedures</li><li>Follow company policies, reporting hierarchy, and work instructions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in HVAC (controls/instrument side).</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>BMS / DDC systems</li><li>HVAC control systems</li><li>Electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Control panels</li><li>Sensors, actuators, transmitters</li><li>Automation systems</li><li>Ability to read electrical and control schematics</li><li>Experience in industrial / oil &amp; gas projects preferred</li><li>Familiarity with PTW systems</li></ul>Please note that applicants should answer the pre-screening questions to be considered for this positionTHOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
