 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Resitech Wire and Cable, located in Duluth, GA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes, and manage team performance to meet production and distribution goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, optimizing operational workflows, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous efficiency and innovation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications 5 years of experience
 
 
 <ul>

 Strong operational management skills, including process optimization and workflow planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in inventory management and distribution coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical skills for performance metrics evaluation and problem-solving
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of safety and quality compliance standards in a manufacturing or distribution setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations and supply chain management
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in the manufacturing or wire and cable industry is a strong advantage
 </li>
