 sourcing, supply chain, assortment planning
 
 , and operations in the fashion space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 startup or high-growth environments

 Hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command over vendor management, cost optimisation, and fulfilment processes.
 </li>

 Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven culture.
