Job Title: Associate AdvocateRemuneration: Rs.10,000/- per month + Travel expenses for court visitsOffice Location: virarration: 6 monthsQualification:<ul><li>LL.B. with a Sanad.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attend court hearings and assist in case proceedings.</li><li>Draft, file, and manage legal documents, petitions, and affidavits.</li><li>Handle objection removals and coordinate with court clerks and registry offices.</li><li>Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.</li><li>Maintain and organize case files and documentation.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Office Hours: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Days: Monday to Saturday</li><li>Must be flexible to travel to various courts and tribunals across Mumbai and nearby regions, including Palghar, Vasai, Bandra, Parel, Churchgate, Thane, Kalyan, and Belapur.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Practical, hands-on exposure to litigation and drafting work.</li><li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced advocates.</li><li>Opportunity to gain experience across multiple courts and legal forums.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
