The Senior Commercial Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving commercial performance through systems, data, and actionable insights. This position partners cross-functionally to enhance Salesforce and planning tools, improve pricing and forecasting processes, and elevate data quality across the organization. The role combines analytical rigor with systems expertise to support strategic decision-making and execution.</div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Commercial Systems &amp; Enablement</b></h3><ul><li>
Manage, optimize, and enhance Salesforce and forecasting/planning tools (e.g., Pigment) to align with evolving business needs</li><li>
Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and reporting solutions</li><li>
Partner with IT and external vendors to design and implement system enhancements</li><li>
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing stakeholder engagement</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Data &amp; Insights</b></h3><ul><li>
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance</li><li>
Ensure data integrity through governance processes, audits, and continuous monitoring</li><li>
Deliver insights and recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness and support decision-making</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Pricing &amp; Contract Management</b></h3><ul><li>
Conduct pricing analyses and support deal reviews to enhance consistency and margin performance</li><li>
Monitor and enforce contract terms, including pricing structures, rebates, and commercial agreements</li><li>
Partner with finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate revenue treatment and reduce credits</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Forecasting &amp; Planning</b></h3><ul><li>
Support sales forecasting and annual planning processes</li><li>
Analyze historical performance, pipeline data, and customer forecasts to inform projections</li><li>
Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve forecast accuracy</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Commercial Execution &amp; Reporting</b></h3><ul><li>
Track and support execution of key commercial initiatives through reporting and cross-functional coordination</li><li>
Prepare insights, presentations, and materials for executive reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Continuous Improvement &amp; Integration</b></h3><ul><li>
Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows through automation and technology</li><li>
Support integration of acquired businesses into core systems, reporting structures, and commercial processes</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales performance roles</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, or similar)</li><li>
Strong analytical skills in pricing, forecasting, and revenue analysis</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets</li><li>
High attention to detail and strong cross-functional collaboration skills</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing, medtech, or B2B environments</li><li>
Exposure to pricing strategy, contract management, or M&amp;A integration</li><li>
Experience leveraging automation or AI-enabled tools to improve processes</li></ul>
Physical Demands:

Compensation:
<ul><li>The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $95,000-$125,000.</li><li><b><i>
