We are a leading innovator in the melting and manufacturing of cutting-edge medical and industrial-grade Nitinol products. We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate Manufacturing Engineer to play a critical role in driving our manufacturing operations to the next level.</div><div></div><div><br>
As a<b> Manufacturing Engineer I</b>, you will be at the heart of our production, ensuring processes run smoothly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making impactful decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and optimize within a rapidly growing industry. You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including process monitoring, troubleshooting, and creating essential documentation to ensure our products meet the highest standards. The Manufacturing Engineer I will support manufacturing operations, process and equipment monitoring and improvement activities under the supervision of more senior engineers and management. Additional areas of focus include, but are not limited to: generation of manufacturing and quality control documentation, records keeping, basic troubleshooting, procedural recommendations.</div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Generate and maintain: Product specifications / drawings, Item Masters, Routers, Bill of Materials, Inspection documents, Validation protocols, Production forms, any other related system documentation.</li><li>
Review and calculate labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.</li><li>
Evaluate manufacturing, maintenance, and quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>
Under supervision: conceptualize, design, and execute building/procurement of equipment, fixturing, tooling using internal and external resources.</li><li>
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.</li><li>
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.</li><li>
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.</li></ul><ul><li>
Complete design and development projects by designing and conducting research programs.</li><li>
Maintain/Advance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or similar, or Bachelor&rsquo;s in another technical field plus relevant experience/aptitude.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>
Strong customer service skills and time management.</li><li>
Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.</li><li>
Participate in learning and growth opportunities.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.</li><li>
Prior experience in an engineering role within the medical device industry.</li></ul>
Physical Demands:
<ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.</li><li>
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work and product/equipment inspection.</li><li>
Light to moderate lifting may be required.</li><li>
Must be able to access and inspect all areas of machinery.</li><li>
Regular, predictable attendance is required.</li></ul>
Compensation:
<div>
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $73,000 - 91,000.</div><div></div><div><br>
