<div>Summary Statement:
The Senior Videographer is responsible for creating compelling video content that tells our brand's story, engages our audience, and highlights our resort's amenities and experiences. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical video production skills, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
Primary Job Duties : Includes but is not limited to:
<ul><li>Develop and execute creative video concepts that align with marketing strategies and brand.
</li><li>Lead the video production process from concept to completion, including pre-production planning, filming, and post- production editing.
</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content meets strategic objectives and is delivered on time.
</li><li>Manage video shoots, ensuring high production value and brand.
</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest video production techniques and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas.
</li><li>Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents.
</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as requested.
</li></ul>Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
<ul><li>Strong storytelling and creative conceptualization.
</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across.
</li><li>Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Experience working in the hospitality or entertainment.
</li><li>A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video production work, including promotional videos, documentaries, and event coverage.
</li><li>Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort.
</li></ul>Minimum Education and Experience:
<ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.
</li><li>5+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a marketing or agency.
</li></ul>Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
<ul><li>Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Senior Videographer

The Multimedia Editor plays a pivotal role in our marketing team, focusing on editing compelling video and photo content that promotes our resort's amenities and attractions. This position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and organizational skills, particularly in planning and organizing shoots to ensure efficient and high-quality content production.
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
<ul><li>Edit video and photo content that aligns with marketing goals and brand identity, using storytelling techniques to captivate our audience.
</li><li>Organize and coordinate video and photo shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
</li><li>Collaborate with photographers, videographers, marketing team members, and other departments to plan and execute shoots.
</li><li>Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, retouching, and sound design, to create polished, professional content.
</li><li>Contribute creative ideas for new content and improvements to production processes.
</li><li>Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as requested.
</li></ul>Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, or related field.
</li><li>3+ years of video and photo editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
