This position is responsible for handling and managing the end-to-end accounting, controlling and financial &amp; business reporting process for all group companies and promoters/directors.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Ensure timely and accurate book entries with proper narration.&middot; Maintain accurate records such as Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments&middot; Bank Reconciliation with bank statements and Bank book, Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors and Creditors&middot; Handling of day-to-day accounting&middot; Manage and process vendors payments and ensure timely processing of Invoices.&middot; Handle customer invoicing, collections and follow-up on receivables.&middot; Reconcile payments and receipts to ensure proper accounting records.&middot; Preparing advance tax working and ensuring payment of advance tax before due date&middot; Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely payments of salaries and statutory dues (profession tax) etc.&middot; Monitoring and controlling of operating expenses and monitor utility payments.&middot; Closing entries, finalizing P&amp;L &amp; B/S as well as assisting with ITR filing of all companies&middot; Managing periodic book closing and reporting the numbers to Director with utmost accuracy&middot; Preparing TDS and GST working, making monthly payments and reconciliation with books and filing TDS/GST returns and coordinate with auditors for monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing in time.&middot; Follow up with clients for TDS certificates and issue TDS certificates to service providers.&middot; Monthly review of the Profit &amp; Loss, Balance sheet and Cash Flow statement with Director&middot; Coordinate with auditors during audit and solve their queries.&middot; Assisting auditor in IT/GST scrutiny assessment of current and past years (if any).&middot; Filing of vouchers, invoices and other important documentation&middot; Any accounting work of present and past fiscal years including filing, segregation and refiling.&middot; Monitoring internal controls, ensuring the controls are in place and effective and managing petty cash&middot; Assist in any responsibilities as directed by management.Key Skills:&middot; Strong analytical skills, High proficiency in excel &amp; word.&middot; Strong GL accounting and financial reporting knowledge&middot; Good understanding of India GAAPs&middot; Strong understanding of GST, TDS &amp; TCS structure and mechanism&middot; Intermediate to Expert level skill for using Tally ERP software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word&middot; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a cross-function team.Qualification and Experience:&middot; Inter CA with 5-7 years of experience (not pursuing CA).&middot; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English&middot; Ability to work under own initiative and under deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you completed Inter CA</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
