<div><div><div><div><div><p>The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the sales cycle by facilitating customer orders for products via order entry and basic account servicing. The ideal candidate will have excellent technology and communication skills and a passion for customer service. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment is a huge plus. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager at our Nixa, MO location. This is an onsite position.</p>

</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Speaks directly with internal and external customers collecting customer information and product specifications.</li>
<li>Receives purchase orders from customers via email, fax, or telephone. Reviews all aspects of the order before accepting order and confirming.</li>
<li>Processes new purchase orders into the system specific to individual job and customer including any delivery or shipping requirements Notifies all pertinent plant personnel of any special orders around purchasing, production or rush orders always maintaining clear and fluid communication.</li>
<li>Routes supplies, job jacket and materials such as paste-ups, artwork, copy, film or prints to work areas to put job order into production.</li>
<li>Routes inquiries and complaints in a timely manner exhibiting excellent service and follow through.</li>
<li>Prioritize workload as necessary, which may require selecting from several alternatives to best meet the needs of the business.</li>
<li>Receives tickets for shipped or delivered products and begins billing process; verifies shipping report against packing lists and reviews Customer Transaction Report.</li>
<li>Must exhibit consistent desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer expectations are being met and exceeded.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications and Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, printing or packaging industry experience is a huge plus.</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors and customers.</li>
<li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to read and interpret ruler, scales and other measurement devices.</li>

Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment however, we are willing to train!

<li>Assemble boxes for use in packing finished goods</li>
<li>Place rolls of finished product in cartons, tape &amp; label cartons of finished goods</li>
<li>Place completed cartons on skid or cart</li>
<li>Label completed skids and takes to scale for weighing</li>
<li>Convey finished skid to warehouse holding location to be placed into inventory</li>
<li>Replenishes stock of raw materials at each Rewind station and in the Rewind Area using pallet jack</li>
<li>Completes paperwork</li></ul><br>

Packer

<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will consist mainly of accurately interpreting and </b><b>manipulating artwork files ensuring customers are able to sign-off on accurate proofs in a timely manner following print specifications for various printing platforms. This position will also include supplying files to production according to scheduling requirements, tooling procurement, colour management using large platform of Prepress specific software's.</b></h2>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li><i>Technical/Prepress Expertise: </i>Responsible for accurate artwork file setup for Flexo, Digital &amp; Hybrid. Includes: trapping, color correction, variable data, etc. from customer supplied files. Pre-flighting files to analyze and assess the usability of customer supplied files. Editing of files on Mac computers using Adobe Creative Suite &amp; ESKO software's. Setup customer proofs following specific printing specifications. Liaise with Prepress Manager or other required dept's for job specific instructions beyond what it provided by the customer. Customer requested changes and file manipulation. Some design may be required. Set-up final stepped files for all print platforms and output final files &amp; proofs accordingly. This will include rotary, flatbed screens, LEN files, Hi-res proofs, files to order all tooling requirements, etc. Participation in regular press proofs which will include artwork and color adjustments as required. Contribute to and participate in the continuous requirements for Press Fingerprinting and Colour Profiling for all of RLG's printing platforms. Intermediate+ knowledge of the latest Esko software(s) would be an asset.</li>
<li><i>Tooling/Screen File Preparation and Coordination: </i>File set-up for the ordering of all die cavities, hot stamps, flatbed screens, and films which are ordered from out-of-house suppliers will be required. The creation of P.O's to supply to our outside vendors will be required in conjunction with supplying accurate tooling files and specifications in order to meet production deadlines.</li>
<li><i>Quality Control:</i> Continually participate in the quality assurance program within the Art Process and any associated processes. This involves participating in detailed inspections, ensuring adherence to print specifications, as well as both troubleshooting and resolving issues.</li>
<li><i>Continuous Improvement:</i> Regularly contribute to continuous improvement and actively participate in implementing new policies and procedures within the dept. This includes creating, documenting, and maintaining all Art Dept. standard SOP's, WI's, and Forms. Regularly participate in the Art Dept. KPI program.</li>
<li><i>Equipment Maintenance:</i> Participate in ensuring all Art Dept. Computers, Software's, Printers, etc. are maintained to the highest standards, scheduling regular service checks and managing repairs as needed. Some consultation with Esko, HP, IT (or similar) when software issues occur may be required.</li>
<li><i>Safety and Compliance: </i>Uphold all safety protocols and environmental regulations under Occupational Health Safety Act (OHSA). Conduct regular training sessions on safety practices and ensure the team complies with industry standards.</li>
<li><i>Interdepartmental Collaboration:</i> Work collaboratively with Customers, Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning, Scheduling and Production, sharing information on project timelines, and material requirements.</li>
<li><i>Training:</i> Participate in regular and required graphics artist's employee training, as required.</li>
<li><i>Special Projects: </i>Provide support to any special Projects may be requested and assigned by the Prepress Manager, as required.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Educational Background
<ul><li>A degree or diploma in Graphics, Printing Technology, or a related field is preferred.</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience:
<ul><li>At least five years in the print and label industry.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve issues effectively.</li>
<li>An advanced understanding and use of Esko software (ver.22+) is an asset.</li>
<li>Must understand and have experience in Flexo, Digital, and Hybrid printing.</li>
<li>Must have advanced skills working in a Mac platform with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Specializing in Illustrator and Photoshop software + additional creative suite software's), ArtPro.</li>
<li>Knowledge with EFI Radius ERP would be an asset.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills in order to understand assigned work, and request assistance from co-workers and Prepress Manager when required.</li>
<li>Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel or similar documentation software for some special projects.</li>
<li>Mathematical (measurement) skills are a must.</li>
<li>Analytical ability and creative problem solving / troubleshooting skills are required.</li>
<li>Workflow and Process Improvement considered as asset.</li>
<li>Health and Safety must be an everyday mindset.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work weekends as per business needs.</li>

Graphic Artist - Monday to Friday, second shift hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

<div><p>The <b>Finishing Operator</b> is focused on setup and operation of commercial label inspector machines to include visual quality control. They will operate equipment to slit continuous lengths of printed material into strips of specified width.</p>

<li>Perform preventative maintenance on machines</li>
<li>Remove or replace blades on inspection machines</li>
