RMC is hiring for a full-time Junior Systems Analyst to support our customer within the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Indian Head, MD. The selected applicant must have experience with customer support principles and methods and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Position responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Following NMCI guidance from NAVSEA Headquarters Core Contract Technical Representative (CTR) on NMCI and enterprise matters, and working closely with other command ACTRs to manage the work required</li><li>
Working under supervision to perform systems analysis of computer and communications/networks systems</li><li>
Defining NMCI requirements as they relate to NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Division (IHEODTD) needs, and collecting information on the NMCI ordering requirements across all NSWC IHEODTD sites</li><li>
Developing order quantities by site, building, and person, clarifying NMCI contract language, and assisting NSWC IHEODTD organizations in making proper selection of devices and capabilities based on current NMCI contract line-item numbers (CLINs) to meet their needs and budget constraints</li><li>
Ordering, delivering, and managing NMCI service operational requirements</li><li>
Providing basic knowledge of IT system requirements and programming specifications</li><li>
Researching job tasks, organizational structure, and user requirements to provide inputs to system-wide solutions</li><li>
Assisting in defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting complex operating environments, states of technology, and current processes</li><li>
Developing draft technical documentation detailing the installation procedures</li><li>
Performing system backups and recovery</li><li>
Maintaining data files and monitoring system configuration to ensure data integrity</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience or a High School diploma or equal with four (4) years of relevant experience in a related discipline</li><li>
An active DoD Secret clearance is required; the applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information</li></ul>

Systems Analyst, Junior

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist to support Corporate Communications efforts at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). The selected candidate will develop high quality visual and multimedia products that clearly communicate complex technical, engineering, and mission focused information to internal and external audiences in a DoD environment.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Capture high-quality video and audio in support of test events, command ceremonies, training content, and public affairs initiatives.</li><li>
Support pre-production planning by partnering with engineers, subject matter experts, and leadership to develop storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and production timelines.</li><li>
Perform post-production activities including video editing, audio mastering, color grading, and motion graphics development using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar toolsets.</li><li>
Design digital graphics, visual aids, technical illustrations, and multimedia products for presentations, briefings, reports, and web-based platforms.</li><li>
Maintain and troubleshoot cameras, lighting systems, audio equipment, and editing workstations to ensure mission ready status.</li><li>
Organize and archive digital media assets in accordance with DoD records management and retention policies.</li><li>
Ensure all visual and multimedia products comply with OPSEC, INFOSEC, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements, coordinating with Public Affairs as required prior to release.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
2-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or multimedia production.</li><li>
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start.</li><li>
Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).</li><li>
Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher.</li><li>
Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Direct experience in videography and image editing.</li><li>
Practical experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera systems, including lighting setups and field audio capture.</li><li>
Comfortable working in operational or industrial environments (e.g., laboratories, test ranges, or similar settings).</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling visual content.</li></ul>
