<div>Overview: 
The National Delivery Service Driver plays a key role in the success of Restaurant Technologies by supporting our depots across the country. This role is ideal for experienced CDL drivers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly adaptable, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service nationwide. This position requires extensive travel and a proactive approach to communication, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Compensation: Ranges from $28 to $41 per hour, depending on the candidate's geographic location.
Primary Job Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Operate an automatic 12,000&ndash;20,000 lb. GVW straight truck to deliver products on local and out-of-market routes.</li><li>
Comply with all DOT, OSHA, and HACCP regulations, as well as internal company procedures.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and active Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL).</li><li>
Load and unload trucks, operate hoses, and service tanks inside customer locations.</li><li>
Accurately document hours of service, deliveries, and customer invoices using iPhone applications.</li><li>
Submit travel and expense (T&amp;E) reports promptly, with clear documentation, in compliance with company policy.</li><li>
Participate in regular feedback sessions and complete driver feedback forms. Communicate operational challenges, safety concerns, or process improvement ideas to supervisors.</li><li>
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and system training when necessary.</li><li>
Proactively prevent oil outs and accurately track/report all customer stops.</li><li>
Utilize Samsara and turn by turn navigation for route tracking, performance monitoring, and safety notifications.</li><li>
Partnership and education of routing processes to Field Partners</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be 21 years of age</li><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of RTI Driving experience</li><li>
Proven ability to maintain and lead in driver metrics Stop Attainment, PPWH, Waste/Fresh Ratio, Planned vs Actual Delivered</li><li>
Clean driving record that meets Restaurant Technologies&rsquo; Fleet Safety standards</li><li>
Home Location Close Proximity to Major Airport</li><li>
Comfortable Navigating Unfamiliar Geography</li><li>
Flexibility with Scheduling to Accommodate Depot Schedule</li><li>
Travel up to 90% of the time to support depots in need of delivery hours</li><li>
Ability to carry 50 lbs. by hand and perform physically demanding tasks including bending, climbing ladders up to 20 feet, and prolonged standing</li><li>
Willingness and availability to travel frequently and for extended periods</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bilingual proficiency</li><li>
Familiarity with hand tools</li><li>
Experience using Samsara, Turn by turn navigation, and mobile-based logistics platforms</li></ul>
