As a part-time or full-time Dispatcher for Reston Limousine, you will be responsible for dispatching drivers &amp; vehicles based on workload. Immediate needs! This is a onsite position!
Available Shifts: AM, PM and overnight for both full-time &amp; part-time openings.
Key Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Communicate with drivers and clients.</li><li>
Schedule and dispatch drivers &amp; vehicles based on workload.</li><li>
Update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and systems</li><li>
Monitor and communicate with our shuttle ops team.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Experience in Client Services preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>
Solid geographic knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area
</li><li>1-3 years of related work experience</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>
Problem-solving skills when dealing with clients, logical issues, and day-to-day workload.</li><li>
Passenger Driver or Delivery Experience preferred.</li></ul>
Education:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>
