A Snapshot of a Restore Esthetician&rsquo;s Role<ul><li>
Performing consultations and administering Neveskin, Hydrafacial, Oxygen facials, Jan Marini Facials, Dermaflash, Dermapore along with other esthetic services</li><li>
Building and maintaining your own client base</li><li>
Maintaining accurate records of each session</li><li>
Scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments</li><li>
Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained</li><li>
Selling Restore&rsquo;s esthetic services to existing and new clients</li><li>
Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services</li><li>
Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed</li><li>
Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience</li><li>
Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.</li></ul>
Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Esthetician<ul><li>
You&rsquo;re a licensed esthetician.</li><li>
You&rsquo;re experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin equipment - this is preferred, but not required.</li><li>
You&rsquo;re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.</li><li>
You value ethics and integrity.</li><li>
You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.</li></ul>

 Role Overview
 
 
 
 As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you&rsquo;ll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, and supporting the studio&rsquo;s overall growth.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Medical Expertise &amp; Client Care

 Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Studio Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Compliance &amp; Safety
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications: Current BLS certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
