 The Behavior Analyst in training assists the Clinical Director and is directly responsible for developing curriculum, training direct service staff, and writing behavior plans for individuals&nbsp;being supported by Employer. The Behavior Analyst in training provides intensive supports to improve language, adaptive skills, and social skills by making a difference daily in applying the five Employer Values: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring and Accountability.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct Assessments and Develop Behavior Support Plans:&nbsp; Conduct functional analyses and ongoing functional assessments, preference assessments, skills assessments and develop behavior programs for each Individual.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Staff Training and Treatment Fidelity:&nbsp; Attend weekly staff meetings, train staff members on programs and evaluate treatment integrity.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and Report Progress:&nbsp; Write progress notes summarizing person's progress in narrative and graphic form.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet Best Practice Standards:&nbsp; Adhere to the ethical guidelines and disciplinary standards of the BACB.&nbsp; Use evidence-based intervention strategies.&nbsp; Compile, get authorization for, and present all programs with restrictive behavioral interventions to the Human Rights Committee and Behavior Intervention&nbsp;Committee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Interdisciplinary Team Members:&nbsp; Attend relevant team meetings and inform parents/guardians, state employees, teachers and others of behavior plan interventions, progress on targets, new behaviors of concerns and other relevant information needed to assist the team in providing effective treatment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Training and Certifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Obtain supervision hours as required by the BACB.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pass the BCBA Exam within 6 months of completing degree and supervision requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete all initial and on-going training requirements within established time frames.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete annual CPR, First Aid and OSHA training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain and maintains SOAR certification.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree/Certification Requirement: BS or BS degree and obtain MS or MA degree in Psychology or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and conduct staff trainings, as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by Senior Behaior Analyst, Clinical Director, Area Director and/or CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow state policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as an official representative of Employer and market a positive image
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience or Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 18 year of age or older; and
 </li>
 <li>
 BS or BA degree in Psychology or related field; and
 </li>
 <li>
 Enrolled in MS/MA program with an approved BACB course sequence

Behavior Analyst In Training

 The Assistant Medical Coordinator will assist the Medical Coordinator in reviewing all medical appointment documentation from every medical appointment for each individual Chrysalis serves in an appropriate and timely manner.&nbsp; The Assistant Medical Coordinator will also assist with updating individual's medical histories, insurance information, and other medical data into the computer where necessary.&nbsp; The Assistant Medical Coordinator may also be responsible in assisting with setting up medical appointments, notifying residential and day service managers of appointments and coordinating transportation for the individuals to and from each appointment.&nbsp; This Assistant Medical Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with making sure necessary follow up visits are scheduled for the individual in a timely manner.&nbsp; The Assistant Medical Coordinator will also be responsible for &nbsp;&nbsp;The Assistant Medial Coordinator may also be required to communicate with parents/guardians, pharmacies, state coordinators, Behavior Analysts, and/or Associate Directors of any changes made during appointments.&nbsp; The Assistant Medical Coordinator may also be asked to assist with other various medical tasks such as helping with medications, filing paperwork, obtaining monthly vitals and other various tasks as assigned by the Nurse and/or Medical Coordinator.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 Obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, OSHA, Human Rights, ANEM, SOAR trainings and any other required training.

 <li>
 Pass Criminal History Check
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet Chrysalis company and person driving policy requirements and maintain eligible driving status
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a valid driver's license, must be at least
 
 21 years of age
 
 </li>
 <li>
 2 years experience in the field of human services
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience and Education:&nbsp;High School diploma or GED
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with other employees and individuals.

 Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

 Experience in the medical field and/or disability field preferred.

 Qualifications

 Certifications: Current BLS certification.

 Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
 </li>

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
