Resupply is looking for a creative team player to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the United States. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. As a Product Designer at ReSupply, you will play a key role in bringing our product vision to life. Your primary function will be to design user interfaces and user experiences across our digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that balance form and function. You will collaborate with our product and design team to collect and evaluate user requirements. Using that information, you'll create UI mockups and prototypes for all screens, navigation, and notifications to be reviewed, built, and tested by our engineers. We are looking to optimize current product lines as well as add new features &amp; functionality and tackle completely new builds.

A successful Product Designer will be responsible for:
<ul><li>Conducting user research and interviews to better understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations</li><li>
Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to align design priorities with business and user needs</li><li>
Illustrating design concepts through storyboards, process flows, or sitemaps</li><li>
Designing user interfaces and user experiences across digital products, including wireframes &amp; prototypes to review with the team</li><li>
Designing graphical user interface components such as menus, tab widgets, and notifications</li><li>
Communicating across the product, design, and engineering teams to reach a consensus on design decisions and share a vision for the product</li><li>
Performing usability testing to validate design concepts</li></ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields</li><li>
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions</li><li>
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite</li><li>
Ability to identify challenges in user flows, interface design, or product features and propose actionable solutions.</li><li>
Understanding of designing interfaces that work well across a range of devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop</li><li>
Ability to work with international teams and adaptability to different cultures</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written documentation skills for collaboration with team members</li><li>
A passion for creating technological solutions for social and environmental good</li><li>
A willingness to work on-site full time in our Downtown Boston office</li></ul>

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and foster engagement through various channels. This will be a hands-on leadership role, managing a network of contractors and helping to build an in-house team. We are looking for a talented DTC marketer who can create compelling campaigns that will engage potential donors and highlight the missions we are supporting. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative.

A successful Marketing Director will be responsible for:
<ul><li>Owning and executing optimizations for all paid digital advertising channels</li><li>
Building and running experiments across audiences, channels, formats, and creatives to drive pipeline and improve CAC</li><li>
Tracking, testing, and analyzing the success of campaigns to report KPIs to the leadership team; making adjustments as needed for improved performance</li><li>
Managing the marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of marketing spend</li><li>
Executing efficient media buying to reach our target audience across new and existing channels</li><li>
Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable results</li><li>
Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts support company-wide initiatives and drive customer growth</li></ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul><li>BS in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Visual Design, or a related field</li><li>
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing</li><li>
Startup or small team experience is preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated success leading marketing projects from strategy to execution with measurable results</li><li>
Hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, including reporting, analysis, and optimization</li><li>
Experience managing budgets and forecasting results</li><li>
Comfort with rapid experimentation &ndash; launching fast, iterating quickly, and scaling what works</li><li>
Experience managing a team &ndash; assigning tasks, appraising results, and providing feedback and mentorship</li><li>
Must be Boston-based, as this is primarily an on-site position with some limited flexibility to work remotely</li></ul>
