&middot; Design Development: - Conceptualize and prepare architectural designs for industrial facilities that optimize space utilization, workflows, and operational efficiency. - Integrate sustainable design principles and ensure energy efficiency in industrial projects.&middot; Project Management: - Lead the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of all systems. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.&middot; Client Interaction: - Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements and translate them into functional designs. - Present design proposals, 3D models, and walkthroughs to clients and stakeholders.&middot; Compliance &amp; Standards: - Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety norms, and industrial regulations. - Incorporate occupational health and safety standards in facility planning.&middot; Team Collaboration: - Guide junior architects, draftsmen, and design coordinators in preparing layouts and working drawings. - Work closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors during execution.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current and expected CTC?</li><li>If selected, how many days do you need to join?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AutoCAD: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
