Role &amp; responsibilities Designation: Product Manager (Fintech) <ul> <li> Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development, Sprints and testing to market launch.</li> <li> Develop products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.</li> <li> Determines customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.</li> <li> Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.</li> <li> Own the product roadmap for your team, and be responsible for setting priorities, backed up by data and customer feedback</li> <li> Be the voice of your customers, and ensure a high quality customer experience</li> <li> Assesses market competition by comparing the companys product with competitors products</li> <li> Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.</li> <li> Obtains product market share by working with sales directors to develop product sales strategies.</li> <li> Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.</li> <li> Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, and answering questions and requests.</li> <li> Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing time schedules with engineering, operations, and other departments.</li> <li> Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and other required departments</li> <li> Created new layers in Product roadmap Management. Brand equity, Partner relations, User experience, sales awareness &amp; capabilities</li> <li> Product life cycle support</li> <li> Work closely with Support, Marketing, sales and other relevant stakeholders to understand business needs related to product context.</li> <li> Own the product roadmap for your team, and be responsible for setting priorities, backed up by data and customer feedback</li> <li> Be the voice of your customers, and ensure a high quality customer experience</li> </ul> Key Requirements for the Product Manager FinTech Should be from fintech industry Should be well verse with end to end product development Good with UX, should have very good understanding of product and features, and should be creative Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company goals and market needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define product requirements, features, and priorities based on market insights and feedback from stakeholders
