We are seeking a talented Illustrator to join our creative team.Position Overview:As an Illustrator at Retro Rifle, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. This position will be heavily focused on illustrative patterns and t-shirt design creation.Responsibilities:Visual Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements across different channels, maintaining a unified and recognizable brand image. Creative Conceptualization: Contribute innovative ideas and design concepts that align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to evolving design trends and technologies to keep our visual content fresh and appealing. Feedback Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback into designs and iterate on creative concepts.Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with a strong understanding of design principles. We utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with creative team members to achieve cohesive design solutions. Deadline-Oriented: Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight WMS deadlines without compromising quality. Innovative Thinking: A creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to the evolution of our brand.
