Role Overview:As a Director, Client Services at REV77, you will serve as a senior strategic partner to our clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for driving client success, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring that every client engagement reflects our commitment to omni-channel marketing excellence.You will oversee a portfolio of high-value client accounts, lead client stewardship efforts, and guide strategy that extends beyond individual digital marketing products. With an &ldquo;extreme hospitality&rdquo; mindset, you will act as both advisor and advocate&mdash;ensuring clients feel understood, supported, and consistently confident in the value of our partnership.Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary senior contact for client relationships, driving trust and satisfaction.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day management of client portfolios, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, optimizations, and reporting.</li><li>Lead discovery and strategy sessions with clients to align marketing goals with measurable outcomes.</li><li>Partner with internal strategists across SEM, Social, SEO, Content, Programmatic, and Web to deliver cohesive omni-channel campaigns.</li><li>Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and ensure that all client communications reflect clarity, professionalism, and value.</li><li>Prepare and present in-depth reporting and insights to demonstrate ROI, campaign performance, and strategic growth opportunities.</li><li>Uphold REV77&rsquo;s culture of continuous learning, modeling subject matter expertise and sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues alike.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>A genuine enthusiasm to leverage digital marketing to help increase our clients&rsquo; business revenue.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid grasp of MS Office tools.</li><li>An organized, detail-oriented approach with a knack for prioritization.</li><li>A proactive, solution-focused mindset geared towards fostering long-term client relationships.</li><li>Strong team collaboration skills, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Eagerness to master digital marketing tools and strategies quickly.</li><li>The ability to manage several projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>A willingness to embrace new challenges and technologies.</li><li>Visionaries who think beyond convention, challenge limits when opportunities for growth arise, and pursue continuous improvement in every aspect of their work and development.</li><li>Stay current on digital marketing trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies that impact client strategy.</li></ul>Desired Experience:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in client services, account management, or marketing strategy (agency experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of leading senior-level client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing disciplines: PPC, SEO, Social Advertising, Programmatic Display, Website Development, Content Marketing, Email, and Brand Strategy.</li><li>Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>A &ldquo;client-first&rdquo; mindset, reflecting extreme hospitality and proactive problem-solving.</li><li>Strong business acumen and the ability to consult on marketing strategies that impact revenue growth.</li><li>Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred) and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).</li><li>Leadership qualities&mdash;capable of mentoring team members and elevating the agency&rsquo;s client service culture.</li></ul>Why Join REV77At REV77, we believe that true client success comes from building meaningful relationships, delivering transparent results, and crafting omni-channel strategies that support the entire customer journey.
