Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining the equipment in the facility in both the production floor, warehouse and the office area. Inspect equipment on a regular basis and submit appropriate documentation of test results and work order resolutions. Shut down and disassemble machinery as needed. Will be responsible for cleaning and providing minor repairs on warehouse machinery.Position responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform a wide range of work necessary to install, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment processes and structures.</li><li>Receive daily assignments and work with minimum supervision.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, circuitry, pneumatic and hydraulic issues when and where required.</li><li>Performs skilled maintenance activities including fabrication, welding, brazing, soldering, torching and plumbing.</li><li>Utilize line diagrams, schematics and troubleshooting matrix&rsquo;s as well as updated line diagrams and schematics when changes are made.</li><li>Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops</li><li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Essential skills and experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Read English and Basic Math Skills</li><li>Ability to operate industrial powered vehicles</li><li>Robotics</li><li>Electrical knowledge</li></ul>Preferred skills and experience:<ul><li>Ability to perform basic welding</li><li>1+ year experience in manufacturing</li></ul>Reporting to this position: No direct reportsPhysical Demands: Subjected to lifting fifty (50) pounds, Repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing and sitting, with or without accommodation.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
