Job Title: Structural Welder I, II, III</b></div><div></div><p><b><br>
A day in the life of a Structural Welder at Ladder Tower:</b></p><ul><li>
Use modification and welding (minimum AWS 1G/2G/3G/4G/5G/6G level)</li><li>
Perform welding operations according to blueprints, company standards and applicable AWS standards to meet third party inspection criteria in accordance with NFPA requirements.</li><li>
Inspect welds for cracks, burn through and weld spatter.</li><li>
Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, as required.</li><li>
Grind and clean areas where required.</li><li>
Stay current in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed.</li><li>
Follow hazardous waste disposal program and fire prevention procedures.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
 <b>Required education, skills, and experience to be successful:</b></div><ul><li>
Preferred Experience:<ul><li>
Level I &ndash; 1-3 years of experience.</li><li>
Level II &ndash; 3-5 years of experience.</li><li>
Level III &ndash; 5+ years of experience.</li></ul></li><li>
High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>
Welding Certifications preferred.</li><li>
Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.</li><li>
Ability to read and understand blueprints, as well as weld symbols.</li><li>
Must process knowledge and experience to set up, adjust, and maintain welding machines.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>
Must be able to pass required welding certification test in the following AWS material sections: D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6, and D9.1.</li><li>
Must be able to perform an uphill weld.</li><li>

What a day in the life of a Material Handler at REV looks like:</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain inventory accuracy
</li><li>Moves parts, WIP, or finished products and delivers mail packages to the various department or warehouse locations</li><li>
Operates various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts.</li><li>
Maintains the required documentation of all parts and materials moved in accordance with the specified procedures.</li><li>
Drives in various road conditions, small roadways, and highways.</li><li>
Ensures work areas and other designated work areas are maintained in a safe and neat manner.</li><li>

JOB SUMMARY:</b></p><p>
Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, to specifications and plumbing spec.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Studies spec and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations.</li><li>
Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe.</li><li>
Locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors</li><li>
Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings, using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>
Cuts and threads pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machine.</li><li>
Bends pipe to required angle by use of pipe-bending machine or by placing pipe over block and bending it by hand.</li><li>
Assembles and installs valves, pipefittings, and pipes composed of metals, such as iron, steel, brass, and lead, and nonmetals, such as glass, vitrified clay, and plastic, using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>
Joins pipes by use of screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulks joints.</li><li>
Fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine whether system is leaking.</li><li>
Installs and repairs plumbing as required per build.</li><li>
May weld holding fixtures to steel structural members.</li><li>
Performs other work as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
