 E-ONE manufactures custom and commercial fire trucks including pumpers and tankers, aerial ladders and platforms, rescues of all sizes, quick attack units, industrial trucks, and ARFF (aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles).

 SCOPE: Handles a variety of clerical transactions that require familiarity with Company accounting practices and procedures as well as specific knowledge of prescribed accounting codes and classifications.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Verifies internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in preparing complex budget or income and expenditure reports and / or databases
 </li>
 <li>
 Diversified duties in maintaining accounting records
 </li>
 <li>
 Posts entries from a wide variety of sources in ledgers, journals and financial books
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data, cross check, make comparisons, balance accounts and take trial balances
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile bank statements, make follow up schedule for notes payable and receivable, bonds, securities or interest
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with month end and year end routines and prepare periodic reports
 </li>
 <li>
 General understanding of established financial standards to help ensure compliance with laws and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a total understanding of bookkeeping practices and sufficient accounting knowledge to determine proper entries, prepare reports and to review records to possibly determine causes of results shown.
 </li>
 <li>
 May assist with annual operating plans and forecasting. Support finance in achieving objectives and maintaining workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to problem solve
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform or assist with any operations, as required or directed, to maintain work flow or respond to production requirements.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be high school graduate or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 1 years&rsquo; experience in accounting / clerical routines
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail to produce accurate work products
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical Requirements

 Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasional standing, walking, or moving about the office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift or carry items up to 10&ndash;15 pounds (such as files, laptops, or office supplies).

 Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visual ability to read documents, screens, and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear verbal communication for meetings, phone calls, and presentations.
 </li>

 Ability to focus on detailed tasks for sustained periods.
