 Key Responsibilities:

 Sourcing candidates using variety of search methods to build robust pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Screening and Evaluating Candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing Hiring Process (interviews, selection, offer, negotiation and closing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and Implementing Recruiting Strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Building Relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring positive candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing onboarding candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing reference checks as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously upgrading to stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving and critical thinking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of recruiting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with wide variety of sourcing avenues
 </li>
 <li>
 Healthcare hiring experience and exposure is a plus
