</div><div></div><div><b>As Revecore's People Business Partner, you will:</b></div>
<div>
Work as a strategic advisor and operational leader supporting specific business units. This role partners closely with senior leaders to align people-strategies with business goals, drive high performance, and foster a culture of engagement, productivity, and growth. The PBP plays a critical role in coaching leaders, optimizing talent, and building scalable people processes&mdash;particularly in supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees.</div>

</div><div><b>The Role:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Partner with business leaders to co-create talent strategies that align with department goals and company priorities.</li>
<li>Act as a coach and consultant to managers on all people-related matters, including performance, development, and team effectiveness.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with leaders who manage hourly frontline teams, driving engagement and retention strategies tailored to this workforce.</li>
<li>Leverage a strong understanding of the P&amp;L to align talent strategy with business outcomes, labor costs, and operational goals.</li>
<li>Lead the implementation of core People programs within client groups (e.g., engagement surveys, performance reviews, talent calibration, compensation planning).</li>
<li>Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within client groups and proactively recommend solutions.</li>
<li>Serve as a change agent in driving organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.</li>
<li>Support employee relations matters with empathy, fairness, and business alignment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) for Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, and Compensation &amp; Benefits.</li>
<li>Champion Revecore's values and contribute to a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>You'll be successful if you have:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.</li>
<li>10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 4 years as a People Business Partner or similar advisory role.
</li><li>Proven experience supporting a large population of hourly, frontline employees, as well as engineering and product teams.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders and contribute to business planning through a strong grasp of P&amp;L fundamentals.</li>
<li>Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments&mdash;preferably in healthcare services, operations, or private equity-backed organizations.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to link people initiatives to operational and financial outcomes.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to influence without authority.</li>
<li>Proficiency in leveraging people analytics to inform decision-making.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.</li>
<li>High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy with familiarity in HRIS systems, AI tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in an Organizational Development role is an added plus.

</div><ul><li>Occasional travel for in-person team meetings or company offsites may be required. The People Team values innovation, clarity, and a bias for action.
</li><li>This position may support business units operating across multiple time zones.
</li><li>Occasional project leadership responsibilities may arise as part of broader People initiatives.
