Job PurposeTo design and develop women&rsquo;s apparel graphics and visual concepts that reflect current fashion trends, brand identity, and customer preferences&mdash;while supporting design, merchandising, and production teams in creating commercially strong and visually appealing products.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research global and local fashion trends, print directions, color stories, and motifs specific to women&rsquo;s wear graphics.</li><li>Create mood boards, concept boards, sketches, and digital illustrations for seasonal collections.</li><li>Design placement prints, all-over prints, embroidery artwork, and branding elements for various categories (casual, officewear, ethnic, fusion, evening wear, etc.).</li><li>Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files, including specifications, colorways, and print separations.</li><li>Coordinate with sampling and production teams to develop prototypes and finalize artwork.</li><li>Select suitable fabrics, trims, print techniques, and embellishments to complement the designs.</li><li>Modify designs based on fit trials, client feedback, and market requirements.</li><li>Ensure all graphics align with brand identity, quality standards, and commercial feasibility.</li><li>Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern makers, and sourcing teams for smooth production workflows.</li><li>Assist in creating look-books, catalogs, and visual presentations.</li><li>Stay updated with fashion trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative print/graphic techniques.</li><li>Social media handling and creative posting.</li><li>Photography and videography.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design / Graphic Design(NIFT, Pearl, JD, INIFD, or equivalent preferred)</li><li>Strong illustration skills&mdash;manual and/or digital</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D (optional)</li><li>Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, color theory, and print techniques</li><li>Trend forecasting and color story development abilities</li><li>Creativity combined with strong commercial understanding</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Highly creative and original</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Passionate about women&rsquo;s fashion, prints, and innovation</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based incentives as per company policyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
