 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Supply Chain Planning Analyst
 
 to be responsible for overseeing the development of reporting processes and analyzing supply chain performance. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and able to drive results with high levels of autonomy, understand and interpret data, enable supply chain decision making to improve efficiency and reduce costs. They will provide decision support and counsel by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, to support the overall strategic and operating plans of Revelyst and its supply chain. The candidate will be an excellent collaborator with our partners in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Sales Operations, as well as a critical thinker and great communicator (both written and verbal). Data-driven decision-making, effective communication, and technical skillset are key to this role.
 
 
 This position is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical foundation with a Planning and Supply Chain background. The person in this role will have the opportunity to develop data-driven insights to influence planning processes, operational execution, budgeting, and real-time decision making. We will look for the Supply Chain Analyst to continuously translate data into actionable insights and develop opportunities for improving reporting processes while increasing data transparency. Moreover, in this role you will be able to work alongside our business partners to identify process and performance improvement opportunities.
 
 
 The person in this role must be comfortable in a matrixed environment and reports to the
 
 Head of Planning CoE
 
 , also supports the Platform Directors of Sales and Operations Planning and their team&rsquo;s daily functions. This role will be based onsite in our Logan, Utah office.
 
 
 
 As the Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will have an opportunity to participate in the following:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create, publish, and monitor relevant supply chain metrics and reporting to provide data visibility and support business needs, highlighting areas of risk with solution options
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for creating and maintaining planning metric dashboards for leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all data is received timely from all business partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage initiatives and solutions to drive improvements in data and metrics visibility across the supply chain and Revelyst&rsquo;s end-to-end business. Optimize data flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business metrics and definitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate expertise and work with functional groups to ensure reporting requirements are identified, designed, and distributed appropriately, highlighting and interpreting issues, trends, and variances within the data
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide root cause analysis to support decision-making by effectively communicating and translating data and results into business insights and actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively share clear, concise, accurate information that caters to the levels of detail needed by recipients
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion business data strategies with a central source of truth that drives multi-platform content as well as accountability across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to ad hoc requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously work to create efficiencies and improvements within reporting, procedures, scheduling processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Create documentation / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all process work
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field and/or 3-5 years&rsquo; related experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and experience using business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERPs and underlying resource planning functions (SAP, Netsuite, Oracle)
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound understanding of business drivers and financial impacts related to inventory, cash flow, and working capital.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience combining data from various sources together to produce cross-functional analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of supply chain and/or planning, inventory, DC operations, and Logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation skills, including facilitation and influencing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented focus and ability to work in cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to resolve high profile issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 
 
 </li>

 Pay Range
 
 
 
 Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
 
 
 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

 Graphic Designer
 
 to join our Creative team at the Adventure Sports platform, home to iconic brands like Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, and CamelBak.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll take concepts from idea to execution, bringing a distinct point of view to each brand. You&rsquo;ll lead and execute creative design projects, mentor junior and associate designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling and effective design solutions.
 
 
 Your expertise in design principles, industry trends, and proficiency with design software will be key to creating high-quality assets that align with our brand identity and communication goals.
 
 
 This position reports to the
 
 Creative Director
 
 and is based out of the Adventure Sports headquarters in
 
 Irvine, CA
 
 office.
 
 
 
 As the Graphic Designer II, you will have an opportunity to:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design Strategy: Work closely with the marketing, branding, and product teams to understand project requirements, business objectives, and target audiences. Translate these insight into effective design strategies that align with the company&rsquo;s overall goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conceptualization and Design: Create original and impactful designs across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, web, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop design concepts that resonate with the brand identity and deliver the intended message to the target audience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of the brand guidelines and visual identity across all design projects. Maintain brand integrity while exploring new design elements and styles that enhance the brands positioning. Manage the graphic design for product launch materials, paid performance ads, retail and in-store executions, and print advertisements. Internal/External communication graphics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of deliverables is exceptional.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed. Digital focus including emails, site assets, and landing pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visual Content Creation: Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements that support marketing campaigns, social media strategies, presentations and various content formats.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as a graphic designer or related role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different media
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Adobe CS Programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce rapidly, with accurate beautiful dynamic work
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a design team
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of design principles, typography color theory, and layout techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with marketing and brand principles is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is advantageous but not required.
