About the role<br>
</b></h3><br>
<div>Compliance with national EHS regulations, legal safety requirements, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). The role focuses on internal and external audits, risk assessments &amp; compliance. Involves maintaining audit documentation and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.</div><ul>
<li>Risk assessment and EHS compliances</li>
<li>Audit Planning and Management and reporting</li>
<li>Expertise in ISO-based internal audits (9001, 14001, 45001)</li>
<li>Coordinate with external certification agencies for surveillance and recycler audits.</li>
<li>Manage legal documentation, report, and maintain compliance records as per government regulations.</li>
<li>Maintain and analyze data related to waste disposal, audit results, and training attendance.</li>
<li>Facilitate external audits in collaboration with accredited auditors to ensure successful certification and trainings.</li>
<li>Support in the onboarding process for new recyclers, ensuring compliance and seamless integration with supply chain</li>
<li>Plan and execute regular audits of existing recyclers to ensure ongoing compliance.</li>

What we need from you</b></h3><div><b><br>
Preferred candidate profile</b></div><ul>
<li>B.Tech / BE in Safety &amp; Fire Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Mechanical</li>
<li>Preferred - NEBOSH IGC Certified (2024), Lead Auditor certification - 9001, 14001, 45001</li>
<li>Expertise in ISO-based internal audits (9001, 14001, 45001), documentation, and reporting.</li>
<li>PAN India Travel in case of new vendor onboarding for Audit and compliance</li></ul><br>
