 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leverage advanced financial and operational analytics to provide insights and recommendations on critical business decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide capital allocation, investment decisions, and performance improvement efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, sourcing, and commercial teams to evaluate profitability drivers and identify efficiency opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support high-priority initiatives including international expansion, acquisitions, new business ventures, and operational optimization projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with monthly close activities, variance analysis, and financial reporting while improving reporting processes and enhancing data visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, strengthen controls, and elevate analytical rigor across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with financial and integrated financial-statement modeling preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Superior level of communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable interacting with senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task and achieve results despite ambiguity or limited information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SQL or Power Bi is a plus.

 Pay Transparency: Base Range $80k - $100k + Bonus + Benefits + PTO
