About the role<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>
As a Maintenance Mechanic at a Waste Water treatment and solidification MPF, you will be responsible for performing various mechanical, maintenance and repair work including the inspection and maintenance work required for rotating machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic may inspect and adjust the mechanical alignment of pumps, replace or rebuild pumps, replace fan bearings, replace motors, rebuild or change gearboxes, install and modify pipelines, and assist in the modification and addition of plant projects. Also, you will be responsible for the planned, unplanned, and preventative maintenance tasks required to ensure safe and efficient operational effectiveness of equipment and systems which enable Reworld&rsquo;s processes.
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Effectively complete preventive maintenance tasks per maintenance schedule to avoid breakdowns of equipment and operational downtime.</li><li>
Utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and process stoppages collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.</li><li>
Prioritize work to ensure timely maintenance, repair and installation of equipment, tools, and utility systems to minimize production downtime and complete all required paperwork and documentation</li><li>
Repair and/or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement as necessary</li><li>
Observe and evaluate the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose/ troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment</li><li>
Review maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities</li><li>
Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational and safety performance standards</li><li>
Order supplies and parts</li><li>
Prioritize safety and compliance at the site. Expected to be a Safety Committee member</li><li>

About the role
The CDL Driver II will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non‑hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and client sites. Drivers will operate a variety of manual and automatic transmission equipment including tankers, roll off trucks, end dumps, walking floor trailers, and vans. Drivers may perform multiple equipment types in a single day.
Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Drive commercial vehicles to safely transport goods and materials according to DOT regulations and scheduled appointments.</li><li>
Operate trucks and specialized equipment including pumps, wet kits, vac kits, PTO pumps when required.</li><li>
Perform pre and post trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.</li><li>
Additional Responsibilities</li><li>
Complete administrative tasks and paperwork tied to hazardous and non‑hazardous transport including manifests, bills of lading, medical waste tracking, logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspections, and incident reports.</li><li>
Ensure vehicle placarding meets all DOT requirements.</li><li>
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and other drivers.</li><li>
Safely operate vehicles and uphold safety standards for self, coworkers, clients, and the public.</li><li>
Interpret maps and follow written and verbal delivery directions.</li><li>

About the role
The Procurement Specialist role will be based out of Avon, OH and support multiple Reworld sites within the NY/PA/OH area. The Procurement role in our facilities contributes to Reworld&rsquo;s success by effectively leading, developing and executing product and services sourcing strategies for the assigned facilities. The position implements the facility procurement process such that all applicable policies, procedures and regulations are maintained. The position is responsible for the coordination of all procurement activities, ensuring that programs, initiatives, cost reduction, FPP goals, corporate social responsibility and plant/regional/corporate synergies are achieved. The position manages suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for all spend categories while consistently delivering measurable results to achieve a competitive advantage for top line and bottom-line facility growth. The position collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers, develops effective negotiation strategies in conjunction with Corporate Procurement, and communicates with other Reworld procurement professionals, interfacing closely with Corporate and Regional Procurement Management. The position reports to the Regional Procurement Manager with a strong dotted line to the Facilities Management Team.
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:
The Procurement Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the local/regional Procurement process in accordance with established Reworld procedures and policies. This role owns all facility Procurement activities from Supplier qualification through performance management and will be responsible for all related supplier onboarding activities as well as assuring compliance with all governmental regulations, company policies and acceptable business practices. The Specialist develops effective working relationships with Facility Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams and acts as advisor for all contractual rights and obligations.
Specific accountabilities Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>
Supplier qualification and relationship management</li><li>
Request for Proposal (RFP), Bid receipt, market comparisons, evaluation and analysis and clarifications.</li><li>
Identify Global sourcing opportunities based on the maintenance plan and make sure the project timeline is in line with the facility installation schedule.</li><li>
Coordinating and participating in bid conferences/walk downs.</li><li>
Finalization activities (negotiations, awarding of contracts, follow-up, management, and dispute resolutions)</li><li>
Purchase orders, Approval, placement and expediting for all the sites.</li><li>
Administration of cost reduction and supplier quality assurance programs</li><li>
Performance Analysis and compliance oversight of suppliers/vendors to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts.</li><li>
Compiling data for preparing cost reporting in support of the annual budgeting process.</li><li>
Providing site training and instruction of all personnel for Procurement systems</li><li>
Management of supplier interface, strengthening the supplier data base through the use of supplier visits and technical conferences</li><li>
Attending Corporate and regional Procurement meetings and conferences as required</li><li>
Directing and coordinating the activities of facility personnel who are engaged in formulating requests for proposals for the facility.</li><li>
Sourcing maintenance spare parts from other Reworld facilities to maintain the corporate inventory pool to an optimum level between facilities who share common spare parts.</li><li>
Collaborate with storekeepers and Procurement associates to identify savings opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure the company policies and procedures are implemented and followed by the buyers, storekeepers, and procurement associates.</li><li>
Manage the P-card spend and reconcile weekly.</li><li>
Schedule Weekly meetings with the staff, Monthly Open PO review with the site, and Match exemption reports with AP.</li></ul>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING:
Education: A bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required; preferably Supply Chain, Finance, or technical discipline. MBA,CPSM, and PMP certification are highly desired, but not required.
Experience: 5-7+ years of procurement and supply management experience is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Comfort in working between office and highly industrial environments (heat, odor, etc.&hellip;)</li><li>
High level of safety awareness and championship</li><li>
Strength in developing respectful partnerships with both key stakeholders as well as suppliers.</li><li>
Demonstrated negotiation skills with an ability to make decisions based on data and trends.</li><li>
Understanding of regional labor markets related to labor subcontracting and contract services a plus.</li><li>

An ability to develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as site-level processes where needed.</li><li>
An understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling, contracts, and change management</li><li>
Strength in communicating crucial information to a variety of audiences with differing levels of expertise.</li><li>
The ability to effectively conduct facility tours and walk-downs on a regular basis.</li><li>

About the role
The Procurement Specialist role will be based out of Niagara Falls, NY and support multiple Reworld sites within the NY/PA area. The Procurement role in our facilities contributes to Reworld&rsquo;s success by effectively leading, developing and executing product and services sourcing strategies for the assigned facilities. The position implements the facility procurement process such that all applicable policies, procedures and regulations are maintained. The position is responsible for the coordination of all procurement activities, ensuring that programs, initiatives, cost reduction, FPP goals, corporate social responsibility and plant/regional/corporate synergies are achieved. The position manages suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for all spend categories while consistently delivering measurable results to achieve a competitive advantage for top line and bottom-line facility growth. The position collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers, develops effective negotiation strategies in conjunction with Corporate Procurement, and communicates with other Reworld procurement professionals, interfacing closely with Corporate and Regional Procurement Management. The position reports to the Regional Procurement Manager with a strong dotted line to the Facilities Management Team.
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:
The Procurement Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the local/regional Procurement process in accordance with established Reworld procedures and policies. This role owns all facility Procurement activities from Supplier qualification through performance management and will be responsible for all related supplier onboarding activities as well as assuring compliance with all governmental regulations, company policies and acceptable business practices. The Specialist develops effective working relationships with Facility Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams and acts as advisor for all contractual rights and obligations.
Specific accountabilities Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>
Supplier qualification and relationship management</li><li>
Request for Proposal (RFP), Bid receipt, market comparisons, evaluation and analysis and clarifications.</li><li>
Identify Global sourcing opportunities based on the maintenance plan and make sure the project timeline is in line with the facility installation schedule.</li><li>
Coordinating and participating in bid conferences/walk downs.</li><li>
Finalization activities (negotiations, awarding of contracts, follow-up, management, and dispute resolutions)</li><li>
Purchase orders, Approval, placement and expediting for all the sites.</li><li>
Administration of cost reduction and supplier quality assurance programs</li><li>
Performance Analysis and compliance oversight of suppliers/vendors to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts.</li><li>
Compiling data for preparing cost reporting in support of the annual budgeting process.</li><li>
Providing site training and instruction of all personnel for Procurement systems</li><li>
Management of supplier interface, strengthening the supplier data base through the use of supplier visits and technical conferences</li><li>
Attending Corporate and regional Procurement meetings and conferences as required</li><li>
Directing and coordinating the activities of facility personnel who are engaged in formulating requests for proposals for the facility.</li><li>
Sourcing maintenance spare parts from other Reworld facilities to maintain the corporate inventory pool to an optimum level between facilities who share common spare parts.</li><li>
Collaborate with storekeepers and Procurement associates to identify savings opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure the company policies and procedures are implemented and followed by the buyers, storekeepers, and procurement associates.</li><li>
Manage the P-card spend and reconcile weekly.</li><li>
Schedule Weekly meetings with the staff, Monthly Open PO review with the site, and Match exemption reports with AP.</li></ul>
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING:
Education:
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required; preferably Supply Chain, Finance, or technical discipline.
MBA,CPSM, and PMP certification are highly desired, but not required.
Experience:
5-7+ years of procurement and supply management experience is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Comfort in working between office and highly industrial environments (heat, odor, etc.&hellip;)</li><li>
High level of safety awareness and championship</li><li>
Strength in developing respectful partnerships with both key stakeholders as well as suppliers.</li><li>
Demonstrated negotiation skills with an ability to make decisions based on data and trends.</li><li>
Understanding of regional labor markets related to labor subcontracting and contract services a plus.</li><li>
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is required with knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP (or SAP) and Project based planning tools like MS Project strongly preferred.</li><li>
An ability to develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as site-level processes where needed.</li><li>
An understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling, contracts, and change management</li><li>
Strength in communicating crucial information to a variety of audiences with differing levels of expertise.</li><li>
The ability to effectively conduct facility tours and walk-downs on a regular basis.</li><li>
Travel approximately 30% on a semi-regular basis (may include overnight travel)</li></ul>

About the role
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld's industrial disposal process.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>
Receive and process inbound materials, through the safe operation of various types of industrial equipment, such as: forklift, track hoe, skid steer, vacuum truck, tanker truck, roll-off truck, walking floor trailer, pressure washer, material handling equipment, and various hand tools</li><li>
Receive, weigh, unpack, and label containers, as necessary</li><li>
Safely operate industrial equipment to consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor</li><li>
Follow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areas</li><li>

About the role
The Class A CDL Driver will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and Customer sites. This position will consist of operating van trailers hauling containerized waste, i.e. (Drums, Totes, Pallets) and other equipment including vacuum tankers, roll off trailers, and dump trailers. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive commercial vehicles and operate specialized pump equipment on vehicles to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials in a safe manner while following all EPA and DOT regulations and meeting scheduled appointment times.</li><li>
Prepare customer manifests specific to the product delivered and obtain customer signatures.</li><li>
Complete accurate electronic Driver Logs daily.</li><li>
Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, and shipping manifests according to state and federal regulations.</li><li>
Communicate, verbally and electronically, with dispatch regarding pick-up and delivery instructions.</li><li>
Interpret maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions.</li><li>
Perform daily pre trip and post trip inspections thoroughly on items such as tires, lights, brakes, air lines, oil, coolant, permit books, etc.</li><li>
Secure cargo prior to and during transit.</li><li>
Ensure and maintain elite standards of all operating equipment including but not limited to: Organized and cleanliness of the inside cab, outside cab, outside tanks, hoses, trays, fittings, and all other ancillary parts.</li><li>
Complete additional assigned duties.</li></ul>
Requirements:<div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED preferred (Reworld provides a fully funded GED Works program).</li><li>
Positive, customer‑focused, team‑oriented mindset.</li><li>
Must be 21 years or older for interstate commercial driving.</li><li>
Valid Class A CDL.</li><li>
Tanker endorsement required; HazMat preferred but not required.</li><li>
Minimum 2+ years of commercial driving experience.</li><li>
Previous experience labeling, manifesting, or transporting hazardous and non‑hazardous waste containers is a plus.</li><li>
Clean driving record.</li><li>
Ability to work 10&ndash;12 hour shifts Monday&ndash;Friday plus one weekend per month.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>
Must be responsible, organized, and demonstrate strong safety awareness.</li><li>
Must meet FMCSR 391.15 requirements with no disqualifications.</li><li>
Must comply with all DOT regulations at all times.</li><li>
Ability to pass a DOT physical.</li></ul></div>
