<div>The incumbent in the Sales Engineer - KSA role is responsible for managing the sales and service activities for the territory, selling in direct accounts, to ensure revenues from this region meet corporate goals. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Direct Territory:
<ul><li>Manage and guide REXA representatives (reps) within a given territory, working towards developing each territory and meeting REXA&rsquo;s business objectives.</li>
<li>Generate forecasts &amp; meet annual bookings quotas for each rep within a given territory.</li>
<li>Find and evaluate opportunities in the market specific to sales targets.</li>
<li>Manage and balance short-term sales efforts with longer-term initiatives to maintain and grow the assigned market.</li>
<li>Generates any necessary reports using REXA&rsquo;s standard templates and reporting system in a timely fashion. Track &amp; report all company related expenses at least every two weeks.</li>
<li>Make convincing product presentations to customers during sales calls and trade shows to promote Rexa products and to maintain good customer relations.</li>
<li>Provide product and application training as required for customers, reps and/or new employees.</li>
<li>Develop a sound understanding of our competitors, their products and their functionality.</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the applications where our product is used to assist with targeted sales efforts for said applications.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of REXA&rsquo;s products and the customer&rsquo;s application needs is paramount</li>
<li>Conduct regular site visits and health checks of REXA&rsquo;s equipment which may form part of maintenance and support contracts with end-users.</li>
<li>Act in the best interest of the company to maintain a high level of customer service.</li>
<li>Work directly with key accounts to establish relationships with users that allow the REXA Value Messages to contribute to their business goals</li>
<li>Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify targets and strategic growth for the territory</li>
<li>Regularly making sales calls and customer visits and presentations</li>
<li>Actively pursue/support key focus industry initiatives and applications</li>
</ul></li><li>Work with Channel Partner Network</li>
<li>Work with Inside Sales team on Quotation/Project Pursuit</li>
<li>Support Service by coordinating service-related activities and start-ups with Representative/End users</li>
<li>Support Marketing Initiatives, such as new target applications, white papers, ROIs and marketing/sales literature, and Trade Shows</li></ul> 


Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience selling into one or more of the following market segments: Mining, Power, Pipeline, Steel, Refining, Petrochemical, Rotating Equipment</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree preferred</li>
<li>Five years outside sales experience selling: engineered &ldquo;process controls&rdquo; equipment, solution selling, or technical product sales</li>
<li>Process Instrumentation, Valve Automation, Rotating Equipment, Hydraulic/Fluid Power sales background is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in the valve, actuator, flow controls or related industries &ndash; prior transferable experience, such as inside sales and field service, is acceptable</li>
<li>Experience managing Manufacturers Representatives, or a Direct Sales Territory</li>
<li>Training in a strategic sales process (i.e. Miller Heiman or similar)</li>
<li>Experience of doing business with (selling/relationship building) major/key accounts in the region</li>
<li>Can do attitude, ability to operate independently and in difficult conditions.</li></ul> 


Knowledge and skills
<ul><li>Above average organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)</li>
<li>Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal &amp; written)</li>
<li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Ability to lead training sessions</li>
<li>A self-starter, able to operate independently within the assigned markets and territory</li>
<li>Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul> 


Working conditions:
<ul><li>60% travel</li>
<li>Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>Must be able to fly on airplanes</li>
<li>Able to lift a 50 lb. demo case</li></ul>
