The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling) and Fire Life &amp; Safety systems (Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Emergency Lighting, and Central Battery).The role combines technical sales and project management, requiring the ability to develop business opportunities, prepare proposals, manage ongoing projects, and ensure all works comply with SIRA and UAE Civil Defense standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and Fire Life Safety systems.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion.</li><li>Review designs, technical submittals, and drawings to ensure compliance with SIRA, Civil Defense, NFPA, and UAE Fire &amp; Life Safety Codes.</li><li>Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.</li><li>Prepare documentation including method statements, material submittals, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Liaise with Dubai Civil Defense and other authorities for approvals and inspections.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, technologies, and competitor activities.</li><li>Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in ELV and Fire Life Safety systems within the UAE market.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Communication Engineering.</li><li>Strong technical and commercial knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Firefighting systems.</li><li>Familiarity with SIRA and Civil Defense regulations (certifications are an advantage).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.</li><li>UAE Driving License preferred.</li><li>Immediate joiner is an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven UAE experience in both sales and execution of ELV &amp; Fire Life Safety projects.</li><li>Established network of clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.</li><li>Existing SIRA or Civil Defense Engineer Approval is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.</li><li>Excellent opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and expanding organization.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job Description &ndash; Draftsman Job Title: Draftsman Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: ELV Systems / Fire Protection &amp; Life Safety Systems Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;5 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing precise and compliant drawings for ELV, Fire Alarm, Firefighting, Emergency Lighting, Central Battery, and Life Safety Systems in accordance with UAE Civil Defense and local authority standards. The role involves developing and maintaining shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documentation required for project execution and approval.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for ELV and Fire Life Safety Systems.</li><li>Review design drawings and coordinate with engineers to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications and local authority standards (SIRA, Dubai Civil Defense, NFPA, BS, etc.).</li><li>Update drawings based on site conditions, markups, and consultant/client comments.</li><li>Assist engineers in preparing material submittals, schematic layouts, and technical documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and submission logs.</li><li>Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues during installation and inspection.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of drawings to consultants, clients, and authorities for approval.</li><li>Follow company CAD standards and maintain organized digital documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience as a Draftsman in ELV or Fire &amp; Life Safety projects.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).</li><li>Good understanding of Fire Alarm, Firefighting, CCTV, Access Control, and other ELV Systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of SIRA regulations (Certification preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with UAE Fire &amp; Life Safety Code, NFPA, and Civil Defense regulations.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Immediate joiner is an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous UAE experience preparing drawings for Civil Defense and other authority-approved projects.</li><li>Knowledge of MEP coordination and integration of ELV and Life Safety Systems.</li><li>Experience with submission procedures to authorities (DCD, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.</li><li>Professional growth and advancement opportunities within a dynamic and expanding organization.</li></ul>Application Deadline: 28/10/2025Job Type: Full-time
