Job Description 
We are looking for a Branch Driver to join our Rexel USA team in Modesto, CA! 
Branch Driver I, II, or Senior level:
Employee&rsquo;s level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. 
Summary: 
The Branch Driver is responsible for delivering products to/from customers, company branch/warehouse locations, and company suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). Responsible for ensuring that deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner and materials are correct and free of damage. 
 
What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Inspect company vehicle for visual and operating defects; responsible for completing a daily inspection report</li><li>
Keep company vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; alert supervisor of repair and/or service needed</li><li>
Must follow Department of Transportation (DOT), local and state driving laws and regulations</li><li>
Load or unload vehicle and ensure all material for each order is correct (quantity and type of material) and that material is free of damage before departure</li><li>
May assist in preparing orders for delivery</li><li>
Ensure all appropriate documentation is thoroughly completed at the time of delivery, including delivery receipt is signed by the customer, packing list and branch/warehouse manifest</li><li>
Pick up material returns from customers; responsible for inspecting the condition of the material and verifies quantities and catalog numbers</li><li>
Pick up material from company suppliers</li><li>
Senior Truck Driver will participate in the training of entry level Truck Drivers; and provides mentorship and coaching</li><li>

The Counter Sales Representative is a resource for immediate service and product knowledge for our customers. Works closely with the branch team to assist in receiving, shipping, and stocking.

Job Description 
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our Rexel, USA team! This position will be Remote! 
Summary: 
The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, reviewing branch assortment with assigned branches, managing and improving Branch/Customer Solutions Center in-stock fill rates by monitoring inventory levels and adjusting replenishment settings for its assigned vendors and regional distribution network and/or branches. The Senior Procurement Specialist reviews, adjusts and executes daily recommended replenishment orders. The role is also responsible for expediting open POs and managing cost, quantity and defective issues with vendors. 
 
What You'll Do:

Conduct Branch assortment inventory reviews with the Branch Manager for assigned branches two times per year</li><li>
Act as liaison between the commercial team and the procurement organization to ensure procurement strategies are aligned with commercial strategies</li><li>
Communicate and drive national and regional supplier and procurement strategies to the regional commercial team</li><li>
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to new team members</li><li>
Stock procurement/replenishment for assigned Branch/ Customer Solution Centers and/or assigned supplier lines</li><li>
Daily review of critical items below minimum, allocations, or stock outs for all assigned Branch/ Customer Solution Centers</li><li>
Address and process stock backorders and stock requests submitted via the system</li><li>

Job Description 
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Rexel USA team in Anaheim, CA! 
Summary: 
The Senior Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing high complex project business by placing orders, tracking shipments, and billing the customer correctly. The Senior Project Manager owns the relationship with the customer, manages relationships with sales and vendors, and is responsible for maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the project. 
 
What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of high profile/complex projects that require a high level of product knowledge<ul><li>
Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&amp;Ds (over, short &amp; damaged) and resolve customer issues promptly</li><li>
Read through all Purchase Orders to get an understanding of requirements and makes sure terms and conditions are correct</li><li>
Works with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors, customers and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returned goods, and account management to ensure we are meeting customer expectations</li><li>
Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction</li><li>
Determine vendors and purchase requirements looking for additional pricing advantages and product substitution opportunities to substantially improve the overall profitability of the project</li><li>
Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charge</li><li>
Proactively seek alternative methods to deliver the project on time and within budget</li><li>
Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals</li><li>
Further deepen customer relationships that may require on-site visits</li><li>
Coordinate with project team for documentation requirements such as O&amp;M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance</li><li>
May provided training and guidance to entry level Project Managers</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications
