Position Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Order Builder Loaders pull orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading into delivery trucks within the warehouse environment</li><li>
As an Order Builder Loader, you will build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment and stage completed pallets in the designated area of the warehouse</li><li>
You will manually lift and move products to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation of products</li><li>
You will adhere to good warehouse practices and safety standards</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b><br>
Required Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum of 18 years old</li><li>

Position Summary:</b></div><div>
The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager leads and manages employee health, safety, and environmental activities and collaborates with management and other functions within the company. This position partners with facility management to build capability and provide EHS subject matter expertise for manufacturing and/or distribution facilities. The EHS Manager supports facility wastewater operations, hazardous materials, and other compliance program tracking as needed.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</b></div><ul><li>
Implement programs to reduce workplace injuries and collisions and ensure continued compliance with regulatory and internal policies</li><li>
Implement, evaluate and/or certify effectiveness of company EHS programs and systems through inspections and audits</li><li>
Provide subject matter expert (SME) guidance and leadership to assist company compliance with EHS related rules and regulations</li><li>
Identify improvement opportunities, capture, deploy and share best practices</li><li>
Implement and manage ergonomic, asbestos, ammonia, wastewater, storm water and other compliance programs</li><li>
Work with Facility and Fleet teams to ensure Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) Operational Compliance</li><li>
Conduct risk assessment by identifying and assessing potential magnitude of risk (i.e.., environmental, safety, regulatory, production feasibility and quality) and create contingency plans</li><li>
Assist with facility gap assessments and development of corrective action plans</li><li>
Participate in Worker&rsquo;s Compensation Claims reviews as needed</li><li>
Gather and analyze EHS data, develop goals and targets, manage scorecards, databases, and dashboards for EHS related programs and metrics</li><li>
Collaborate with Legal Department concerning permit applications, compliance queries and responses to OSHA, Environmental Production Agency (EPA) and other regulatory agencies</li><li>
Prepare for emergency situations, including assistance of injured workers, by establishing emergency response team</li><li>
Develop and deploy EHS awareness and compliance training programs to all levels of employees as needed</li><li>
Serve as member of the facility&rsquo;s crisis management team, during times of serious incidents, by directing efforts when requested, offering recommendations, interpreting regulations, and coordinating communication with government regulators or agencies</li><li>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
Required Skills and Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Safety &amp; Health, Risk Management, Environmental or other related field with 6 plus years of experience in safety, risk management and/or environmental or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of experience in safety, risk management and/or environmental</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences</li><li>
Knowledge of local, state or federal environmental, health and safety regulations including how to access and evaluate resources, i.e., regulatory agencies, consulting firms, web-based information, etc.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
</li><li>Travel up to 50%</li><li>
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Skills and Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Food and beverage industry experience</li><li>
People leadership experience</li><li>
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies</li><li>
Progress towards one or more industry certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professional (BSCP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene ABIH)</li><li>
Knowledge of procedures used to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic hazard</li><li>
Safety and Environmental Management System, i.e., ISO 18001 and 14001 experience</li></ul><div><b>
