<div><div>Purpose</div><div><ul>
<li>Manage the procurement of all goods and services requested by various Departments, in the most economical and timely manner</li>
</ul>
</div></div><br>
<div><div>Responsibilities</div><div><ul>
<li>Negotiate the purchase of material, equipment and other services ensuring that these meet specifications and can be delivered at the correct time and at the most favorable prices.</li>
<li>Monitor the purchase requisition, purchase orders and purchasing arrangements of different departments.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date lists of contractors, suppliers, vendors and pricing arrangements.</li>
<li>Maintain data on sources of supply, prices and quantities of items purchased for management information.</li>
<li>Maintain an awareness of stocks and equipment to ensure that shortages are avoided.</li>
<li>Report any significant supply problems to ensure that departments and functions are kept aware of any potential difficulties.</li>
</ul>

<div><div>Education</div><div><p>
A bachelor's degree or IGSC and appropriate purchasing qualification</p></div><br>
</div><br>
<div><div>Required skills</div><div><ul>
<li>Thorough knowledge of company products and services.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Good computer and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<div><div>Required Experience</div><div><p>
At least 3 years experience</p></div><br>

<div><div>Required Languages</div><div><p>
Must be fluent in English and Arabic</p></div></div></div></div>
