We are seeking an Entry-Level to Experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools &amp; processes.

Mechanical Design Engineer
The mechanical design engineer is responsible for creating and developing innovative mechanical systems, products, and components. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards. This role involves using computer-aided design (CAD) software, simulations, and other tools to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design of mechanical assemblies, parts, and systems for new and existing products used in the off-highway and mobile equipment industry.</li>
<li>Creates parts and assemblies using 3D CAD software (ex. castings, light fabrications, large structures, electrical harnesses, hydraulics).</li>
<li>Creates mechanical drawings, Bill of Materials information, and other documentation for product release.</li>
<li>Evaluates prototype products and designs for possible refinement through assembly and test.</li>
<li>Work in a team-friendly environment innovating new products for our clients.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering or related degree</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience or hobbies</li>
<li>Excellent communication both written and verbal</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a team environment</li>
</ul>
Desired Attributes
<ul><li>Experience in 3-D Modeling Software (Creo, Solidworks, NX) preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience with Windchill or PDMLink</li>
<li>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T</li>
<li>Design experience or exposure to off-road mobile equipment</li>
<li>Ability to address quality issues, determine root cause and drive to a corrective action</li>
</ul>

Pay Range: $60,000-$80,000 &ndash; Commensurate with experience

Our engineering staff is located at our Engineering Center in Minneapolis, branch office in Dubuque, IA, and at numerous customer sites throughout the U.S.
