As RFG Advisory&rsquo;s Senior Video Editor &amp; Producer, you&rsquo;ll bring stories to life through high-impact, emotionally resonant video content that powers our Advisor onboarding, corporate campaigns, and lead-generation efforts.
This agency-style role is both strategic and hands-on&mdash;about 70&ndash;80% of your time will be spent editing and producing content that elevates our brand and inspires our audience. You&rsquo;ll own the entire production cycle from planning and shooting to editing and delivery, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teammates to produce on-brand, high-quality content at scale.
You&rsquo;ll also manage the daily operations of our in-house podcast studio&mdash;ensuring every recording session runs smoothly, equipment stays top-notch, and our team and Advisors enjoy a professional, seamless recording experience.

Core Responsibilities
Video Production &amp; Editing (Primary Focus)<ul><li>
Own the end-to-end editing of a high volume of video content, including weekly video series, social clips, LinkedIn ads, and other short form content.</li><li>
Develop case study videos showcasing Advisor success stories and key RFG initiatives.</li><li>
Edit brand story videos for onboarding Advisors with a storyteller&rsquo;s eye, creating content that&rsquo;s emotionally engaging, technically excellent, and brand-aligned.</li></ul>
Production Oversight<ul><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, creative direction, and production timelines.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate shoots in-office and in-studio, including setup, lighting, and audio.</li></ul>
Podcast Studio Operations<ul><li>
Maintain brand consistency, compliance, and timely publishing for all RFG Podcasts.</li><li>
Manage RFG&rsquo;s in-house podcast studio, including scheduling, setup, equipment maintenance, and quality control.</li><li>
Ensure a professional-grade recording experience for all internal and Advisor-led sessions.</li></ul>
Workflow Enhancement &amp; SOPs<ul><li>
Continuously refine workflows, explore new AI tools, and SOPs to improve creative efficiency and team collaboration.</li><li>
Maintain organized file structures, version control, and compliance checklists to support fast-turnaround production.</li><li>
Share process improvements and best practices across the marketing and creative teams to drive continuous growth.</li></ul>
Key Outcomes / KPIs<ul><li>
All recurring corporate and Advisor videos produced and delivered on schedule (SLA-based timelines).</li><li>
Consistent, high-quality video editing that meets or exceeds brand standards.</li><li>
Create Recurring lead-generation content drives measurable increases in engagement, reach, or leads.</li><li>
Workflows and SOPs are updated regularly, improving turnaround time and collaboration.</li><li>
Podcast studio operates seamlessly, maintaining a professional and reliable recording environment.</li><li>
Positive stakeholder and Advisor feedback on production quality, collaboration, and consultative support.</li></ul>

Requirements:

 Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and professional audio tools.</li><li>
Skilled in editing, storytelling, and basic color correction; comfortable with camera operation, lighting, and sound setup.</li><li>
Very strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.</li><li>
