The ideal candidate will be passionate about our cause and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Creation: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), our website, and email newsletters.</li><li>Social Media Management: Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor conversations, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Website Maintenance: Update website content, including blog posts, event listings, and service information, using a content management system (CMS).</li><li>Email Marketing: Support the creation and deployment of email campaigns to our donor and subscriber lists.</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.</li><li>Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of digital campaigns, including fundraising drives and awareness campaigns.</li><li>Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for new strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (internship or entry-level) in a digital marketing role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing software, Google Analytics).</li><li>A passion for working with and serving the elderly community.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer Contract length: 3 weeksPay: &#8377;9,245.97 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
