<p>Design Consultants play an integral role in providing luxury service by assessing the needs of walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery. They will work in collaboration and partnership with RH Interior Design to ensure the clients' design needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Interior Design Consultant

This non-customer facing role works closely with a regional sales team to provide foundational design services for multiple customer projects &ndash; space planning, product selection, design presentation creation, technical design support. This role also provides design support for our RH Contract Interior Design teams working on larger projects with complex design deliverables.</div><br>

This role is the creative lead on some of our most significant and strategic projects &ndash; supporting our Sales Team to frame up a successful design project; working directly with customers to shape and deliver their design vision; leading the design process from discovery to final design deliverables; leading a team of designers that come together to support each project.</div><br>

<li>Serve as the creative lead on large projects, doing the design work, with support from others in the Studio team</li>
<li>Lead multiple design projects within the Studio&rsquo;s portfolio, ranging from large-scale to smaller design projects, and from new build to renovation/refresh projects</li>
<li>Constantly find opportunities to elevate your deliverables, processes and capabilities across the design process to support our unique, integrated design approach</li><br>

<div>OUR REQUIREMENTS
</div><div><ul><li>Architecture/Interior Design degree and certification</li>
<li>10-12 years of interior design experience, with 3-5 years expertise in leading large, complex projects</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the specific sector that your Studio operates in (Hospitality, Commercial, and/or Residential), with proven ability to effectively engage key influencers and decision-makers in that sector</li>
<li>Demonstrated sense of taste, style and alignment with the RH Design Ethos</li>
<li>Knowledge of the specific building codes, technical product requirements, brand standards, interior design submittal requirements, and systems/tools used in the sector that your Studio operates in</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Occasionally travel domestically and internationally, meeting customers and working on design projects</li><br>
