RH Interior Designers play an integral role in providing design services to walk-in clientele within an RH Gallery. This role is ideal for seasoned innovators with leadership qualities coupled with extensive interior design experience. RH Interior Designers possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving design business within their Gallery location. 
 
Our Designers have a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury. They understand the importance of attracting and retaining talented individuals who uphold the same personal and professional standards. 
 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
</li><li>Independently create original designs for residential interiors using the RH design point of view and in-depth knowledge of the RH assortment
</li><li>Determine design objectives for client&rsquo;s individual space, considering the architecture, the environment and the client&rsquo;s lifestyle
</li><li>Use floor plans, sketches and visual presentations to illustrate how the RH design point of view will be interpreted for the client&rsquo;s personal space
</li><li>Ensure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and gallery design consulting
</li><li>Meet with clients both in gallery and in home
</li><li>Lead multiple design projects of various sizes
</li><li>Master, execute, teach and support daily client interactions through the RH design point of view for residential interior design
</li>Successfully oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery 
<li>
 
</li></ul>OUR REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>5+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
</li><li>Art, Architecture or Interior Design or similar degree preferred
</li><li>Professional portfolio required
</li><li>Hands-on interior installation experience preferred
</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning and rendering programs with strong graphic and digital presentation skills
</li><li>Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred
</li><li>Results-driven with proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team
</li><li>Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
</li><li>Current with local and global design industry trends
</li><li>Leadership or business experience preferred
</li><li>Successful project management preferred
</li><li>Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
</li></ul>OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li>Licensed to drive preferred
</li><li>Ability to travel locally or out of state
</li><li>Ability to lift and move small to medium items, up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
</li><li>Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
</li><li>Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li></ul></div>
