<br>
<b>Minimum Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional hands-on mechanical, manufacturing, or design engineer working on mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Experience creating technical specifications for automated manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Experience introducing new products and processes from a prototype environment to a production environment.</li>
<li>Experience providing Design for Manufacturability and Automation.</li>
<li>Experience designing production line layouts in AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Proficiency in designing mechanical equipment, fixturing, and tooling in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).</li>
<li>Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.</li>

<ul><li>Analyzes and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.</li>
<li>Develops clear and concise work instructions for production processes and continuously audit and update existing SOPs.</li>
<li>Evaluates quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.</li>
<li>Utilizes Six Sigma and lean manufacturing tools to reduce downtime.</li>
<li>Implements and maintains 5S on the production floor.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains data collection and performance measurements to track performance in key areas.</li>
<li>Investigates production issues and recommend and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Leads the initiative of ISO-9001 at RheoSense.</li>
<li>Designs and produces manufacturing tooling and bench testing quality control equipment for RheoSense products.</li>
<li>Interacts and collaborates with team members to create the most user-friendly and reliable applications possible.</li>
<li>Candidates must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally as part of their duties. This requirement supports handling raw materials, tools, and equipment necessary for production processes. Proper safety practices and mechanical assistance are provided for heavier loads.</li>

<b>Who You Are</b><br>
As a seasoned Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will play a fundamental role in the research and analyzing assigned market territory. Implement strategies and assist with sales campaigns that cultivate sales leads and prospects. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, lead management, and outbound sales activities and provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.<br>

<b>Minimum Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent, preferably in life sciences or sales focused.</li>
<li>Two to three years of proven professional inside sales experience; some prior experience in the field of life science providing customer-facing technical support is desirable.</li>
<li>Familiarity with negotiation, upselling, and other sales tactics preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Committed to sales development, achievement, and driving career forward rapidly.</li>
<li>Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to utilize technology for virtual meetings and videos.</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers.</li>

</ul><div><b>Job Responsibilities and Expectations</b></div>
<ul><li>Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emailing, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers (e.g., SCILEADS, HubSpot, and LinkedIn).</li>
<li>Utilize designated resources to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered by RheoSense, analyze each individual and make product and, or service recommendations based on a need or problem to be solved (e.g., Service Contracts, mVROC, and microVISC).</li>
<li>Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction, and issues that need to be flagged for further development and closure by the designated territory sales representative.</li>
<li>May assist with closing sales and achieving sales and service quota (e.g., monthly, quarterly, and annually).</li>
<li>Understand and perform effective online demos of the product or service to existing or potential customers.</li>
<li>Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to market products and services more successfully (e.g., Service Support, RMA, and Customer Success).</li>
<li>Partner with other departments to identify improvements to product and service offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and other business-related topics.</li>
<li>Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management, and productivity, and maintain a workspace that is clean, organized, and professional (e.g.,5S = Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)</li>
