Busy rheumatology practice looking for an experienced medical receptionist/call center representative. The role is full time, approximately 32 - 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate courteously, professionally, and effectively as well as handle the following responsibilities:1. Handle all tasks/phone calls/voicemail communications efficiently and professionally.2. Process payments.3. Schedule appointment(s) for patients who call.4. Cancel, change and confirm appointments as required.5.
