<p><b>Job Summary:</b></p>
<p>The Graphic Designer is a creative professional responsible for developing high-quality design executions that support Rhinegeist&rsquo;s brand identity and marketing strategies. This role delivers innovative design solutions across various formats, including packaging, digital, social media, and visual identity systems. The Graphic Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic creative challenges while managing projects from concept to completion.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b><i>Design Excellence:</i></b></p>
<ul><li>Lead and develop high-quality design executions across various media, including complex visual identity systems, packaging, point-of-sale materials, digital content, and social media.</li>
<li>Execute innovative designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.</li>
</ul>
<div><b><i>Strategic Contribution:</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Engage in higher-level strategic and creative challenges, providing solutions for packaging design, campaigns, displays, social media, activations, and more.</li>
<li>Build skills in concept development, campaign communication, and creative problem-solving.</li>
</ul>
<div><b><i>Project Ownership:</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Focus on designing and seeing projects through to completion, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to finalize and release artwork.</li>
<li>Prepared and delivered presentations and design executions and completed projects in partnership with the creative director.</li>
</ul>
<div><b><i>Collaboration:</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Work closely with team members to develop concepts and design executions, building confidence in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.</li>
<li>Gain exposure to various brands, creative challenges, and teams to enhance versatility and expertise.</li>
<li>Provide photography, illustration, and CGI management/art direction input to elevate project outcomes.</li>
<li>Support the Creative Director in art direction for key projects and campaigns.</li>
</ul>
<div><b><i>Growth Opportunities:</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Develop presentation confidence, strategic concept development skills, stakeholder management expertise, and art direction capabilities in photography and illustration.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Skills:</b></p>
<ul><li>Presentation confidence and the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PSD), and InDesign (InD).</li>
<li>Expertise in design execution across various formats, from packaging and displays to digital and social media.</li>
<li>Strong strategic concept development and creative problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience in photography, illustration, and CGI management/art direction.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.</li>
</ul>
