About the role: 
The Retail Key Holder will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. They will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Excellence, Authentic, and Team Centered). The Key Holder will oversee other team members and open and close the store as needed. They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. 
 
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose on the floor, as well as acting as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions</li><li>
Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example for what great customer experience and product knowledge looks like</li></ul><ul><li>
Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates as needed, both new and tenured</li><li>
Foster and support a productive employee culture</li><li>
Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and via observation to report to store management team</li><li>
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset 
Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners</li></ul><ul><li>
Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits</li><li>
Assess the customer&rsquo;s individual needs providing product recommendations</li><li>
Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays in accordance with Rhone&rsquo;s visual merchandising standards</li><li>
Work with store management to ensure shipping and receiving are processed in accordance with Company standards</li><li>
Maintain a neat and organized stockroom in accordance with Rhone&rsquo;s organizational standards</li><li>
Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas</li><li>

About the role:
The Women&rsquo;s Technical Designer will report to the Sr. Technical Designer for Women&rsquo;s and work hand in hand with the Merchandising, Design &amp; Product Development/Production Teams to facilitate the technical execution of products in all categories for multiple seasons - ensuring the accuracy of product measurements, quality and construction. The ideal candidate has an eye for contemporary design &amp; fit, possesses a keen attention to detail, and experience building performance apparel to optimize consistent fit, form and function. They are a strong communicator, are willing to actively contribute and embrace a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Partner with Merchandising, Design and Product Development Teams to ensure excellence, attention to detail and accuracy in the creation of all new styles</li><li>
Create and update tech packs (TPs) in conjunction with Design - including measurements, construction and grading - using Illustrator, Excel and Rhone&rsquo;s PLM tools with overall quality top of mind</li><li>
Work independently on styles, starting from initial pass-off through production, reviewing all samples to communicate accurate revisions</li><li>
Participation in daily tasks, including but not limited to measuring garments, leading and assisting in fittings, and sending fit comments to overseas vendors with an attention to detail in construction and workmanship</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast paced environment</li><li>
Communicate with the Design/ PD Team to call out issues that may prevent timely fit and quality approval that impact deliveries</li><li>
Work with our overseas supplier specialists to resolve issues</li><li>
Track Proto &amp; PP Samples, and communicate delays with/ the necessary teams</li><li>
Organize Proto to PPS samples, and maintain accurate style history</li><li>
Perform other technical design related duties, as needed</li><li>
Open and available for the opportunity to travel to overseas suppliers</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
5+ years of technical design experience; a basic understanding of pattern-making, digital pattern-making; 3-D experience a plus</li><li>
Women&rsquo;s Active and Lifestyle Products experience preferred</li><li>
Demonstrate a strong command of garment construction, in applying industry standard finishings and methods of assembly</li><li>
Strong computer skills including experience with PLM (Centric is a plus), Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)</li><li>
Quickly adapt to new information and set priorities based on insights</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail</li><li>
Proven ability to handle a large volume of styles while meeting deadlines</li><li>
Ability to participate in weekly AM/PM calls to Suppliers</li><li>
