About the role: 
The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Sales Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. 
 
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset</li><li>
Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners</li><li>
Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits</li><li>
Assess the customer&rsquo;s individual needs providing product recommendations</li><li>
Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale</li><li>
Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks</li><li>
Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas</li><li>
Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers</li></ul>

About the role:
The Ecommerce and Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels, including our own ecommerce platform and third-party marketplaces. We&rsquo;re looking for an energized and collaborative team player, as this role will be interacting cross-functionally with several teams across the organization. This role combines strategy, merchandising, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize online sales for our business. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and understand the value of ensuring a seamless shopping experience via online content and marketing strategies, with attention to detail and the ability to iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Partner with the Senior Manager of Ecomm to develop an overall e-commerce growth strategy and optimal customer experience in partnership with our Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Digital Product Management teams</li><li>
Analyze key traffic and conversion trends alongside adjacent teams on relevant business and customer analysis</li><li>
In partnership with Ecomm leadership, build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives or channels to support ecommerce growth to reach new customer bases and drive revenue (for ex ShopApp)</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic to online commerce channels through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels</li><li>
In partnership with Ecomm leadership, develop and execute a marketplace growth strategy across key third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Zalando, or other luxury apparel marketplaces)</li><li>
Manage and optimize the listings for our entire catalog of products on Amazon, including images, titles, listing copy and A+ content</li><li>
Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure strong inventory health and on-time delivery</li><li>
Analyze performance data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning</li><li>
Ensure brand integrity and pricing consistency across all channels</li><li>
Support the Senior Manager of Ecommerce with channel budget updates and recast cycles</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
4-6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, ideally within the apparel, fashion, or consumer goods industry</li><li>
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, ChannelAdvisor, or similar</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and data dashboards</li><li>
Deep understanding of digital merchandising, pricing, and online consumer behavior</li><li>
Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working through uncertainty</li><li>
A crystal-clear communicator, both in writing and in person, who&rsquo;s experienced in translating data into strategic recommendations</li><li>
Comfortable leading cross-functional conversations and providing project management support</li></ul>
