We provide high-quality residential cleaning for clients who expect excellent service and professionalism.This is a part-time, on-call position that is perfect for someone who enjoys cleaning, takes pride in their work, and wants flexible hours.What You'll Do<ul><li>Clean private homes to a high professional standard</li><li>Perform detailed tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, mopping, and surface cleaning</li><li>Follow cleaning checklists and company standards</li><li>Work independently in clients&rsquo; homes</li><li>Communicate professionally with the company when jobs are assigned</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Very detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable working inside customers&rsquo; homes</li><li>Able to work independently without supervision</li><li>Professional, respectful, and trustworthy</li><li>Physically able to clean for several hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must have a reliable vehicle</li><li>Must have a smartphone</li><li>Must be able to travel to clients&rsquo; homes in the Columbus area</li><li>Prior house cleaning or janitorial experience preferred</li><li>Must be comfortable with background screening</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Part-time / On-Call</li><li>Work available during weekdays and occasional weekends</li><li>Flexible scheduling depending on client bookings</li></ul>Pay<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for more work as the company grows</li></ul>Our Hiring ProcessWe use a simple 3-step hiring process.1.
