<div>RhythMedix is looking for a talented Creative Director to join our innovative Creative team. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the creative vision for our medical equipment products, driving impactful design solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.
As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and guiding creative projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience and reflect our commitment to quality and innovation in the medical equipment industry. 

What you'll be doing
<ul><li>Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality design solutions</li><li>
Develop and execute innovative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches</li><li>
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align creative vision</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials</li><li>
Oversee the design process from ideation to final production</li><li>
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth</li><li>
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation</li><li>
Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients</li></ul> 

What you need to succeed
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the medical equipment or related industry</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and campaigns</li><li>
Excellent leadership and team management skills</li><li>
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)</li><li>
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling</li><li>
Exceptional communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment</li><li>
Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred</li></ul> 

We offer a competitive salary range of $215,640 - $225,600 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within a forward-thinking company that values creativity and collaboration.
