Job Summary:</div><div>
As the Cloud Security Operations Lead you will play a foundational leadership role in establishing, guiding, and maturing the Security Operations function within our Managed Services business. Focused on protecting our external-facing cloud and hybrid IT portfolio, this position bridges technical SecOps capabilities with operational coordination, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.</div><div></div><div>
You will be responsible for the operational design, implementation, and continual improvement of security monitoring, detection, response, and automation strategies across Azure and multi-cloud platforms. Leading a team of security engineers and analysts, you will drive the integration of SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, IAM, endpoint and workload protection, and security observability into a cohesive SecOps program.</div><div></div><div>
Your role will involve close alignment with stakeholders across Cloud Governance, DevOps, Compliance, and Risk to ensure our security operations are proactive, scalable, and aligned with both regulatory requirements and customer trust.</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><div></div><ul><li>Lead and develop the Security Operations team, defining processes for monitoring, response, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee SIEM and SOAR operations, ensuring effective detection, alert triage, and automated incident response.</li><li>Coordinate incident response efforts end-to-end, including containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews.</li><li>Integrate threat intelligence into detection pipelines to improve coverage and threat context.</li><li>Drive IAM enforcement and Zero Trust models across cloud and hybrid environments.</li><li>Ensure endpoint and workload security across user devices, servers, and containerized workloads.</li><li>Implement security observability and telemetry pipelines for enhanced visibility across infrastructure and applications.</li><li>Align SecOps practices with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and support audit readiness.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Cloud Governance, Risk, DevOps, and AppSec to embed security across services.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications and Experience:</div><div></div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.</li><li>6+ years of experience in Security Operations, with at least 2+ years in a team lead, coordination, or management capacity.</li><li>Deep expertise in SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar), SOAR platforms, and modern threat intelligence workflows.</li><li>Experience in incident response, forensic investigations, and threat hunting in cloud-native and hybrid environments.</li><li>Proven success implementing IAM, endpoint protection, and workload security at scale.</li><li>Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and automation in CI/CD environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of regulatory and security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, CCM).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical issues into actionable security risk discussions.</li></ul><div>
