<div></div><div><div>Commanding knowledge on IP protocols, Routing (OSPF, ISIS, BGP &amp; BGP AFI / SAFI) and Signaling protocols (LDP, RSVP) &sect; Understanding of advanced technologies like Segment Routing, SR-TE, MPLS, L3-VPN, Traffic Engineering &amp; QoS &sect; In-depth working knowledge of L2 protocols like VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, LACP, 802.1p, 802.1ag, QoS &sect; Knowledge on Multicasting protocols like IGMP, PIM. &sect; IPv4 Unicast and Multicast, Good understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 addressing and Autonomous system. &sect; Must have good experience in provisioning (MPLS PE L2VPN, L3VPNs, and CES) and troubleshooting in IP-MPLS networks &sect; Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to understand client requirements &sect; Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed targets</div><div></div><div>

Field Support Engineering Sr. Technical Analyst

<div></div><div><div>Provides MPLS/TP technical support in the development and implementation of customer applications and company products. Conducts on-site enhancements, maintenance and support for new and existing systems. Implements new product configurations/software upgrades, installs network devices and/or hardware components/peripherals. Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs technical problems. Knowledgeable of company and third party vendor products utilized in the customer's application/systems.<br>
COMPLEXITY/CONTRIBUTION: Incumbents are gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Has mastered most of the basic job duties.<br>
INDEPENDENCE: Incumbents are still occasionally directed in several aspects of their work. However more straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance.<br>
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. May need to consult with Sr./Specialist staff members on some technical issues.</div><div></div><div>
