Position Summary
Rice University has a unique and exciting opportunity for a collaborative individual with exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills to become the Senior Equal Opportunity Specialist (SEOS ). The next SEOS is solutions-oriented, who takes a proactive approach to building an inclusive culture at all levels of the institution in support of a positive and healthy working environment. The SEOS is responsible for overseeing others and conducting investigations pertaining to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct (Title IX), and retaliation complaints. In addition, the SEOS will manage the Rice&rsquo;s restorative justice program.

Workplace Requirements

Hiring Range
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, and the hiring range is $84,234 - $ 92,500 annually, depending on skills and experience. Exempt (salaried) positions under FLSA are not eligible for overtime.
Minimum Requirements

Position Summary
The Kinder Institute for Urban Research seeks a full-time Research Information Systems Specialist (RISS) to serve as the systems and workflow enablement partner for the PM &amp; Compliance function and KIUR teams. The RISS designs, maintains, and improves technical workflows and knowledge systems that support project management and operational processes across KIUR. This role helps ensure that tools such as Monday.com, Box, Adobe, and related cloud-based systems are organized, usable, aligned with approved processes, and capable of supporting institute reporting and team execution.
The Kinder Institute for Urban Research aims to improve lives through data, research, engagement, and action. The institute consists of five research centers focused on critical aspects shaping the social and cultural landscape of the Houston area. The five centers research housing, education, community and public health, economic mobility and inequality, and population dynamics. Each center investigates its particular topic area and works across centers to build interdisciplinary teams specializing in solutions-oriented research. The centers use a research-practice partnership (RPP) model to jointly design, develop, and conduct research that values diversity in expertise and prioritizes the community in identifying and addressing some of the most pressing questions and challenges facing greater Houston. Position Summary:
 
The Professional Science Master&rsquo;s (PSM) Program Administrator reports to the Executive Director and serves as the operational lead for the program, guiding strategic growth, enrollment planning, and overall program development. Using data-informed decision-making, the role supports long-term sustainability by aligning enrollment strategy, marketing performance, and resource planning with institutional goals.
The position drives external engagement and growth through corporate relations, strategic partnerships, student recruitment, and targeted advertising initiatives. This includes managing and optimizing marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to evaluate performance, monitor return on investment, and inform recruitment strategies. The incumbent represents the program at industry conferences, recruitment fairs, and external events, requiring occasional travel and strong outward-facing engagement skills.
In addition, the PSM Program Administrator oversees fiscal management to maintain the program&rsquo;s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
The role also manages core administrative functions such as seminar coordination, event planning and execution, student lifecycle management (from recruitment through graduation), application review coordination, and oversight of lecturer hiring and compensation processes. The position requires fluency in application management and CRM systems, along with the ability to translate enrollment and marketing data into actionable strategies.
