What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Collaborate with customers to understand their cabinet needs and design preferences, providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Utilize Cabinet Vision design software to create detailed layouts that inspire clients and showcase product offerings.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the quality and functionality of our cabinets.</li><li>Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, actively seeking new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.</li><li>Upsell complementary products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing sales potential.</li><li>Maintain an organized showroom environment through effective merchandising and stocking practices.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.</li><li>Manage point of sale transactions accurately while maintaining a keen eye on retail math.</li><li>Maintain builder accounts by working hand in hand with our production team and installation crew</li><li>Visit jobsites to ensure accuracy in all phases of our project and work with service team to resolve issues</li><li>Attend monthly meetings at main office in Wooster Ohio</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication skills with a flair for engaging customers effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in basic math for accurate pricing and transaction handling.</li><li>Understanding of kitchen design/layout and general knowledge of cabinet construction</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and product specifications</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience in high-end sales or retail environments, particularly within the home improvement or interior design sectors.</li><li>Background in construction or remodeling is advantageous for understanding client needs better.</li><li>Experience with or general knowledge related to cabinet installation</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it hereWe&rsquo;re dedicated to fostering an environment where creativity thrives.
