Purpose Statement</b></h2></div><div><p>
The Brand Marketing Manager for Frozen Retail Brands will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and consumer engagement for Rich Products&rsquo; frozen retail portfolio, including SeaPak and Morey&rsquo;s. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver integrated marketing plans that build brand equity, drive demand, and support business objectives in a dynamic and competitive category.</p><p><b>
This professional would need to live in the Saint Simons GA or Buffalo NY area to work a hybrid work schedule.</b></p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes</b></h2></div><div><p>
Brand Strategy &amp; Planning</p><ul><li>
Support the development and execution of annual brand plans for SeaPak and Morey&rsquo;s, aligning with consumer insights, business goals, and market dynamics.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Category Business Units, Sales, Insights) to define brand positioning, target audiences, and messaging strategies.</li><li>
Analyze consumer trends, competitive activity, and market performance to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.</li></ul><p>
Integrated Marketing Execution</p><ul><li>
Lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels to drive awareness and trial.</li><li>
Manage agency partners (creative, PR, media) to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaign delivery.</li><li>
Oversee the development of marketing assets and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.</li></ul><p>
Consumer &amp; Shopper Marketing</p><ul><li>
Develop and implement consumer promotions, in-store activations, and digital campaigns to drive conversion and loyalty.</li><li>
Partner with the Demand Creation Center of Excellence (COE) and external agencies to optimize content and media performance across digital platforms.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics; adjust strategies based on insights and results.</li></ul><p>
Brand Stewardship &amp; Research</p><ul><li>
Lead brand research initiatives to gather consumer insights and track brand health metrics.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve brand visual identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.</li><li>
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively adapt brand strategies.</li></ul><p>
Financial &amp; Performance Management</p><ul><li>
Manage assigned marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.</li><li>
Support business case development for brand investments and measure the impact of marketing activities on brand health and financial performance.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred</li><li>
5+ years of experience in brand marketing or consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably in the frozen food or broader food industry.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana). Scintilla preferred</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence across levels and functions.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul><p>
Willingness to travel up to 15% to support key initiatives and customer engagements</p><p>

COMPENSATION</b></p><p>

The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Annual Range/Hourly Rate</b></p><p>
$102,080.00 - $153,120.00</p><p></p><p><br>
