Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>Assist in posting job openings on various job portals.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.</li><li>Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.</li><li>Manage new employee onboarding process including induction and documentation. Employee Records &amp; HR Operations:</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS system regularly.</li><li>Handle attendance, leave management, and ensure timely updates.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing inputs.</li><li>Support in performance appraisal documentation. Compliance &amp; Policies:</li><li>Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and being followed.</li><li>Maintain statutory records such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.</li><li>Assist in audits and compliance reporting.</li></ul>Employee Engagement:<ul><li>Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.</li><li>Support in maintaining a positive work culture.</li></ul>Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics (recruitment, turnover, leave, etc.).</li><li>Maintain HR dashboards for internal review.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
