What You Bring to the Table:
</b></h3><ul><li><b>2+ years of B2B SMB sale </b>(small to medium sized businesses) experience (<i>building materials knowledge is a plus</i>).</li><li>
A <b>proven track record</b> of <b>exceeding 100%+ quota over time</b> (must be listed on your resume). This may deter applicants and can be vetted out in the interview process.</li><li><b>
Experience generating your own leads</b>.
</li><li><b>CRM experience</b> is a must have.</li><li><b>
B2C sales will be considered based ONLY</b> in <b>home services (roofing, siding, windows)</b>.</li><li><b>
Self-motivated hunter &ndash; driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
</b></li><li><b>Strong communication &amp; problem-solving skills</b> &ndash; must know how to close a deal and handle objections.</li><li><b>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license &amp; ability to travel overnight occasionally</b>.</li></ul><div>
Base Salary is determined by the years of <b>Industry Specific</b> experience additionally there is <b>uncapped commission </b>and other incentives.</div><div>

What You'll Do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right products for their projects.</li><li>
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions&mdash;whether over the phone or in-person&mdash;ensuring every customer feels valued.</li><li>
Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve customer needs.</li><li>
Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers to meet customer demands.</li><li>
Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>
2-3 years of experience in a <b>customer-facing</b> role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.</li><li>
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience a plus!).</li><li>
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Industry knowledge is a <b>plus</b>&mdash;but we&rsquo;re happy to train motivated candidates!</li><li><b>
